Tully boots really uncomfortable
Bought the Tully boots but they made my feet very sore and rubbed the sides. They were also unstable on grass due to the heel being higher than usual wellies. I only lasted 30 minutes in these before heading home as they were uncomfortable. I posted this review on MerryPeople website but they won't publish it and are not responding to my emails.

Nice looking boots but terrible quality…
Nice looking boots but terrible quality for the price. Had them for just over a year and they've ended up leaking. Messaged them assuming it was a manufacturing flaw and they don't want to hear about it, instead telling me that this is because I didn't pay extra for their silicon spray???
Stay away - substandard product and bad service
EDIT: despite their reply, customer support did nothing. They just suggested that we patch the hole ourselves. Really bad form.

A couple of things from our side: we do have a 12-month warranty, but we’re also very flexible if an issue pops up shortly after that period, especially if it looks like a quality concern. We’ve tried to look up your order and the interaction you’re referring to but haven’t been able to locate it.

This is my third pair of Merry boots…
This is my third pair of Merry boots and they are fantastic. My first pair are nearly two years old now, worn every day for long muddy dog walks and are still in great condition - I recommend the cleaning kit as I have looked after them after every walk to ensure they stay protected and I think this has definitely kept them looking great. I have the grey, denim and just bought Mocha colours and intend to add forest green too. They are so comfy and so smart that they’re my boot of choice to go anywhere! The more the merrier! Great delivery and service.

Like the non-slip sole but the sizing…
Like the non-slip sole but the sizing seems a bit small and they are rubbing on the top of my foot. Hopefully they will soften up with age. Yet to see if they last longer than my crocs.

Overall blooming brilliant
Overall, love your shoes and socks. I wonder if I’d tried on a 38 in sandal it may have been a better fit. 39 is a little long and I keep catching front. Also elastic doesn’t hold the plastic thing in place, so a little fiddle. But LOVE the sandal.I love the clogs, but I’ve stretched them with socks…..they are now very loose feeling without socks. Still very happy with. I brought medium socks to wear with boots. Height good, but a little long. The combo of boots and socks is absolutely amazing! Comfort, softness….work, exercise, LOVE them. I do use cleaning products. Clogs scuff easily.
So I have given all comments I can. Overall brilliant shoes, so comfy, sturdy. Your products do exactly what you intended, return policy and customer support great too. Online selling can be tricky. Well done.

Fit-wise, you may be right that a 38 sandal could work better, and we’re always happy to chat sizing if you’d like to try a different option. Clogs can soften and stretch with wear (especially with socks), so that may explain the looseness you’re feeling now.

Love them
Love them. They are very comfortable. At first they are hard to put on but I know because of my Bobbie’s they will get easier. I have them as I now use my Bobbies as summer slip on boots. These which are more supportive will be my winter ones.

Merry People have a GREAT product
Merry People have a GREAT product, and terrific customer service. I had questions about the care of my yellow boots, and they answered them all quickly and efficiently. I had a crack in my first pair of, and without question or hesitation, they completely replaced the boot, and explained the care and preservation of my new pair.
As for the boots themselves, they are comfortable, and so cheerful to wear on those grey days, and to slip on as I head out into my garden. I highly recommend them to everyone I know!

Cute boots, nice neoprene, very overpriced
Despite taking a very good care of my wellies after just two years there is already a crack where the boot meets the sole and they are no longer waterproof. I contacted customer service and it is out of the one-year guarantee which I accept. However, if I'm going to spend £100+ on a pair of wellies, they need to last for longer than two years, as the usual ones I get are £10 and last for a year. They are super cute and I do like them but even if you use the products recommended it doesn't help them last any longer. This has happened with my friend's boots as well, all 3 of her pairs. To improve: the quality needs to improve and they need to extend their warranty

Happy feet - they feel structured but also protected.
If you are hesitant because of the price…do it, they are the best wellies I have ever bought and feel confident that they will last so much better than the costly series of cheapies I have been through before

Quite heavy short boots but funky!
Easy to purchase with very fast delivery! I ordered the Tully boots, they’re quite heavy for short boots and have made my legs ache as I get used to them so not as initially as comfortable as hoped but hoping that will pass as I get used to them. Also ordered some crew socks to wear-would be great if they sold them in the sale colours as the boots though :-)

Merry People have knocked it out the park with the different styles, choice of colour and level of comfort in these boots. I bought the Bobbi in yellow 2 weeks ago and I have just bought the bright pink..I want them all as they can be worn as a boot with everyday items. They look amazing and you wouldn't know they are wellies. Love love love them.
