Great quality and top tier customer service
All the items were great quality, but just one little issue with the cup and saucer, the saucer arrived shattered in the delivery process. But the customer service was amazing and I quickly got refunded, I will definitely be ordering again.

Please note that our estimated delivery time (3 to 6 business days with UPS) begins once the package is handed over to the carrier. Additionally, if an item is stored in one of our external warehouses, processing can take up to 2 extra days before dispatch.
While we always ship orders as quickly as possible, delays during transit are unfortunately out of our direct control once UPS takes over. According to tracking, your parcel was successfully delivered on the 7th business day. We are truly sorry that the courier's performance was reflected in our review, but we appreciate your understanding.
