Hello Jonathan, we're very sorry to see that your Oasis T-shirt hasn't a been delivered yet. Looking at the tracking information it arrived to Ireland yesterday, the 18th of August and you'll receive an update from the delivery company for the delivery date soon.

My order never arrived …
My order was due to arrive yesterday for a special event I am attending the weekend. I only bought the item specifically for the event and chose the selected delivery date from the options provided at check out and my item is still not here. Now for a refund I am also expected to pay the postage even though you failed to deliver it to me on the date I selected from the options.

Estimated delivery dates inaccurate
When ordering a product an estimated delivery date is given. Wanted item for a special occasion so ordered to ensure was in time. Noted it was required be date estimated. Item still not delivered 5 days after expected date. Company blames delivery company. However if fair estimation was given I wouldn't have ordered. Items are delivered from Czech Republic. Paid extra for delivery for no benefit.

Hello Nick and firstly we're very sorry to see your Johnny Cash wasn't delivered before the 2nd of August which is the date you needed it for.
For obvious reasons I don't wish to share the tracking link here as it includes your address although looking at the tracking myself (copied below) it appears your T-shirt arrived in Ireland on Friday the 1st of August which meant there wouldn't be any movement over the weekend.)

Hello Anthony, we're very sorry to learn that your NIN t-shirt didn't arrive in time for the gig. I tracked your order and see it was dispatched on the 9th of June and delivered on the 17th of June. We do send out tracking information so you can follow every step of your parcel's journey as well as see the delivery date. As I'm sure you can appreciate, the actual shipping/delivery is done by a third party/local courier and not ourselves. Excellent Company to deal with
Excellent Company to deal with. I purchased boots and a T-shirt for my son. Firstly he loves both especially the boots which are excellent quality. There was a delay with our order, so I emailed Metal-Shop and they were back on to me very quickly, checked with the courier company and they kept me updated.
