Mark was able to identify what was causing our drainage problem and then managed to clear the blockage in the main sewer that had been causing our drains to back up and overflow. This relieved us of great anxiety that had troubled us for several days. Thank you Mark for excellent service.

He unblocked the toilet instantly and when i told him the property had once been flooded with sewerage he immediately sent a camera down to double check. They were asked to sort my blocked gutters by housing association. Turned up twice with no appointment fortunately I was home. They aren’t able to ‘work at height’! So we’re unable to unblock drains and gutters as they weren’t able to take them down. So all they can do is jet them. The two guys who came were understandably embarrassed that they couldn’t sort the issue
