The tabs broke on one of the screens as I was putting it into the window. Very cheap design. So I have no screen in that window now. Will not buy again. Add to that: I ordered the wrong color screen (that's my fault). I dont know why I ordered from here, honestly, and just discovered ace hardware can replace my screens for a lot cheaper anyway. lesson learned.

The screen fit perfectly
The screen fit perfectly, was packed really well, and was better than expected. We were worried about measurements on this 1940 home so we measured 3 times and to our surprise we did it right.

Arrived securely packed and fit perfectly.
Screens arrived very securely packed in perfect condition. I was afraid I didn't measure right, but the instructions were pretty clear and the screens fit absolutely perfectly. I purchased four of them to replace all the screens on one side of my house, and they are perfect. I can finally sleep with my window open on nice cool nights without worrying about bugs and lizards crawling in here in Florida. I will be purchasing more from this company soon to replace other old, tattered screens in my house.

Screenworks has a good quality
Screenworks has a good quality, easy to use product. First time making my own screens so there’s a learning curve, but it’s been fairly easy. Good customer service too!

Confusing installation instructions
The product appears to be good quality, but the installation directions puzzled the handyman. He had to work hard to figure out just which was the wide track, which was the narrow track and he finally gave up on the instructions and just tried to figure it all out himself. It took him about an hour, instead of 30 minutes.

It fit
It fit, which is the most important thing. However, one of the pull tabs at the bottom broke immediately with not a lot of force being applied.

Most of the screens slightly too big
I ordered 10 screens and they look great and were packaged very well but almost all of my screens were slightly too big. When I called to see about sending them back I was told that was not possible. I was instead sent a video link on how to cut them myself. I understand the logistics are difficult but this is not a good showing for customer service. I wish this company policy were more clear when placing the order.
