Good experience ordering our large…
Good experience ordering our large stone bags, easy ordering and delivery availability’s. The bags arrived 3 days later on Monday and the driver was very helpful and pleasant, dropped the bags exactly where I needed them, overall a good experience.

All was well with the order except!
All was well with the order and delivery/collection What did leave a sting was the add on for fuel surcharge shown at check-out which we now learn is illegal not to show upfront. As the price for hire was already an incredible increase over last year and as we are very local to Mick George we felt £13 plus was a bit excessive considering the distance between us.

2 bags of topsoil
The delivery driver was a nice fella, only problem I found within the screened topsoil was I have found around 10 pieces of glass in it, of which wasn’t in the garden before topsoil as we have a dog

If I could give more than 5 stars just for the delivery driver alone, then I would! Easy to order, delivery driver made sure he provided us with a more refined delivery time. Just the most polite, friendly and professional person. Huge shout out and thanks to Darren today, such a lovely person!

The website was hard to navigate, the first page doesn't accept the postcode, but once you have selected the type of product you want to order it manages to accept it. There was a cost added to the order at the end which wasn't pre-empted prior to confirming my basket. I needed the goods so had to swallow it but it may be beneficial to give people a heads up.
