Caron in the Exeter showroom is…
Caron in the Exeter showroom is excellent. Her caring nature really shines through. From the moment myself and partner stepped into the showroom we were made to feel welcome. We were offered tea and biscuits while she took the time to understand my partners needs. We were looking for a scooter that could take a heavier weight and was still easy for me to manage in and out of our car boot. At no point did we feel pressured to buy but we trusted Caron and were happy to order. Apologies for taking so long to leave a review. Thank you

A Great Experience
We visited the Bristol store today to purchase a bed. We had spoken to Andrew by phone last weekend, and were filled with confidence with regards his subject matter knowledge. We were not disappointed and have ordered the bed with the appropriate mattresses. We would definitely go back to Andrew and the Bristol store for any future requirements, as it was a really good, non pressured experience. Thank you Andrew, you are a great brand ambassador!

Coventry Store Visit
Visited the Coventry store today to enquire about a mobility scooter. I found Jon to be extremely helpful. He gave me a lot of helpful advice and I was able to test drive. He answered all my questions and I didn't feel at all pressurised to make a purchase.

Great customer service at Middletons Bristol
Visited Middletons Bristol today and was greeted by the most helpful and friendly member of staff - Andrew.
They were very patient with my 89 year old mother-in-law and couldn’t do enough to help.

Wouldn't ever use again.
Paid in full for a scooter in early August. Advised delivery would be by 15th Aug. Still waiting in early September. Spoke to them for a further update at end of August and promised delivery within 10 days. 8 days later no update, so we rang through to discover no one from the ordering team had even replied to the email customer services had sent, and still no update. The refund hadn't been processed, and no one seemed really able to help. We've now just got to wait for the ordering team to reply to customer services email which the team member said could take 'a while' but refused to elaborate. Considering this company have over £3k of my mums life savings, I am disgusted and advise any one else against using this company.

Frontline service Excellent now Head Office needs to Follow through
My mother has just purchased a mobility scooter from Middleton's Shrewsbury. I visited twice beforehand to request a brochure and then to discuss details with Kate. Kate is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable and ensured that she found out as much about my mother as possible to be able to recommend the right scooter. My mother is currently very happy at the prospect of regaining her independence. Reading previous reviews has now caused considerable disquiet for me that the backup services will not live up to the high expectations created by the excellent Kate. I sincerely hope that the correct scooter is delivered in pristine condition and in good time as per our contract and that the extra warranty purchased is worth the money. The Consumer Rights Act of 2015 is quite clear about the responsibilities of the trader for Quality, Fitness, Accuracy of description, Installation and Delivery.
I am sincerely hoping for a satisfactory conclusion to the purchase. I will update this review post delivery.

I called into the Coventry store today to try to sort a new mobility scooter for my mum. This is my third visit to the store and each time John and Nathan have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Terrible service and steal your money
My mother bought an M Class Discovery Pro mobility scooter but after taking it out on her third go she managed to turn it over and ended up on her back and was badly shaken up (21st July) so we rang them and they offered an exchange for what we thought was a Colt Deluxe 2.0 the best sturdy one they had and not foldable.
I rang on about the 9th August as had heard nothing about when the exhange would take place and they said we should hear soon. I rang again on Monday 22nd and they said somehow the order had been filed as delivered/completed so therefore not chased up so it was again arranged that someone would call us with the delivery.
They arrived on the 25th and it was the wrong one so the driver took both away with him.
I was on the phone to customer servces most of that afternoon being pushed from pillar to post and even cut off at one point to be told it's hard luck as on Mum's notes she ordered the Wanderer and we are stuck with it?? I dont know why this mistake has been made and she had given over £4,000 of her money and she is left with NO scooter and I emailed them about this last Wednesday (31/8) and surprise surprise no response!

My initial contact with the ‘Plymouth’ Branch of Middletons was by way of a telephone conversation with Sophie. Sophie was friendly, whilst remaining professional. Her knowledge was first class, able to fully answer all questions asked, indeed, even those that I hadn’t thought to ask. Sophie spoke at length about my requirements and as arranged a couple of days later a broucher arrived at my home address. Impressed by the friendly service, lack of pressure to purchase and the informative dialogue, an appointment was made to attend the shop for a test drive. As I had come to expect from Sophie, all necessary time was given over to exploring all the available options, culminating in the purchase of a mobility scooter that fully met my every requirement. I was totally satisfied with my purchase. I particularly appreciated the time spent confirming my exact requirements so that I purchased the correct mobility scooter. Thank you Sophie.

Just wanted to say a huge "THANK YOU" to Gail at the Cheltenham shop.
We were visiting Cheltenham for the day, when my husband had left his key to the mobility scooter at home. Gail tried her best to help us with spare keys she had. but to no avail. she made us and my little granddaughter really welcome. This is not the whole story as we were not able to hire a scooter for the day. A stressful situation made easier by Gail...So again thank you!!!

Disgusting customer service
Absolutely disgusted with their services I had to return my chair for a refund as they had sent the wrong size for my measurements. They had given me compensation of £150 as the first chair got lost. When my refund has gone in my bank account it's £150 short even though I was promised af ull refund. How can they take compensation back for the time and Inconvenience and bad service? I'm astounded. Also I emailed them a few times after my original review and still no one gets back to me.
