Was told they would call me waited all…

Was told they would call me waited all day got a call hours later missed the call called them back said call me within the hour left a text message telling me to answer no call. Called back no answer sent me a txt message to tell me they would refund my money. Wasted day unwell to be told I’d get a refund

I paid for a referral

I paid for a referral, waited a week for it, called them was told it was sent, I never received it. Called them again was told I would have it in 15 minutes, nothing arrived. The day of my appointment with the specialist I call in the morning, im told again that it will be sent, nothing. Now im at the doctors calling texting begging for the paperwork to be sent, nothing. Now the next day, I want a refund because Im out hundreds of dollars for not having the referral so Medicare rebate is not available to me. Im out so much money because of this, im so sad. Then just now im sent the useless referral. Its like they wanted it to hurt me.
You contacted me and wanted to help after I left the review.

Thank you. We attempted to contact you on the day of the referral but received no response. A message was left, and we did not hear back for four days. The referral was then issued after your consultation. You subsequently sent an abusive email. Despite our attempts to assist, you remained focused on a negative outcome. All services were provided including a refund. To use this service you must be contactable by phone.

Highly recommend

I was concerned using this site initially. However, I just needed a medical certificate without a visit to the doctor. I had covid and needed a few days to recover. It was easy, my certificate was emailed within 15 minutes. I would recommend for simple issues, instead of using your local GP’s who are so busy and can deal with more detailed medical
Issues. It frees up the system and is very efficient.

Great Service

Great service. Required a medical certificate for 1 day but no availability with my regular GP. Received certificate within 30 minutes. Positive experience.

MIDOC is my goto for carer/medical certificates

MIDOC is my goto for carer/medical certificates, when I only need it for 1 or 2 days.
Their service is great and certificates generally come through within minutes.
When I have been quite unwell, Clay has followed up to check on me.
Highly recommend using MIDOC for genuine certificates.

Sick Certificates Provided Quickly

This process was very quick, easy, as well as cost effective. It's a fantastic initiative considering the inability to book in to see a doctor within a timely manner, especially when you usually need a 'sick certificate' for a spontaneous ailment/injury! Outstanding work MIDOC, thanks 👍

Very straight-forward and smooth process, great doctor

Very straight-forward and smooth process. I missed a phone call from them because I live in an area with very bad phone reception. I called back about 20 minutes later and was put on the phone with Dr Wheaton instantly, who asked me a few questions and was super nice. Right after, they emailed me the certificate.

They probably needed to call me because I was requesting quite a few days for COVID, so if you're wanting a certificate for multiple days, make sure you put in the right phone number and keep your phone nearby. They send you a text message to let you know that they will call in the next 15 minutes.

Communication is poor

Helpful for the first medical certificate.on time and quality. Second time I ask for a medical certificate it was declined, completely fine, but still took my money despite saying they gave me a full refund. Then when asking for evidence of a sufficient refund the communication is poor and no one returns any contact. Frustrating and disappointing. Much better services out there.

Terrible processes and customer service…

We used the service as our child needed a medical certificate to resit VCE SAC and was sick on the day.

On the day we ordered a certificate from MIDOC
They took our money, sent a receipt and we waited for the certificate.

They claim they called us - they left no messages no email - nothing.
My wife called them and they said they rejected our request (as needed more info) - again no notification via email.

We said we would provide the info now and they advised they could no longer backdate the certificate - which is ridiculous because it was a process error that caused the issue. So now we have to find someone else and hope he gets to re sit the SAC. Incredibly unhelpful staff - i would not recommend this service

Based on the utterly misleading response from midoc here is the original email contents in full.

"My wife is too diplomatic - so let me tell you what we really think



You did not leave any messages on any phone – in the days of scammers, no one answer private phone calls and certainly never call back if no message is left.



My son – WHO WAS SICK missed a VCE test and needs this certificate to enable him to sit it tomorrow – So you are responsible for that not happening because your processes are a failure.



You’re a disgrace of a business and I will certainly be telling everyone about it.

Ill be making sure that I generate a number of very negative reviews of your service.



You deserve to go out of business.

The response from midoc to my email was to insist they were not at fault. That they didn't cause my son to mis his exam (which was never stated) and to claim they had contacted us. Which they had not other than a support response to my email above.

To insinuate this was about drugs of dependence or threats to staff is completely misleading.

We can see you have clipped the above message. This is misleading and deceptive with intention to cause harm.

Resorting to threatening and intimidating behavior towards our Registered Nurse is not only unproductive but also unacceptable.

We take pride in upholding a professional and respectful environment for both our customers and staff. Any behavior that deviates from this standard simply cannot be tolerated.

Threatening harm to our business is a serious matter and goes against the terms of Trustpilot or any carriage service.

A seperate email we received today aimed at our Registered Nurse is particularly concerning, especially considering the context provided.

It's important to note that the information provided does not fully represent the entirety of the situation, including our responses and attempts at resolution, which could have resulted in a certificate being generated. Additionally, we provided a full refund.

Choosing not to accept a straightforward resolution and instead resorting to continued threats and harassment via carriage service against our Registered Nurse is unacceptable. Claiming that we took your money without any further contact is inaccurate; we make multiple attempts to communicate with all our customers and provide a 24-hour helpline.

Regardless of the circumstances, maintaining respectful communication is paramount. The behavior exhibited by this angry man in resorting to harassment of our Registered Nurse is unwelcome.

It's worth noting that we are the sole online provider offering services to individuals under 18 in Australia.

Once again we cannot keep everyone happy, we did our best, but we cant assist someone who refuses assistance and blames others for his own actions driven by egotisical anger in this case directed at our Registered Nurse.

Registered nurses are protected by law from this type of harrassment.

We acknowledge the amazing work Registered Nurses undertake everyday in the face of threats and violence.

I love this

I love this. Got my certificate in minutes. The dashboard is also great as I can download my certs any time from there. The script feature also was very fast and very professional great team and really like the vibe. Midoc also followed up after my sick leave to check if I was ok so great support
