Thanks for speaking to me, as mentioned I did not know you had not had it. Seems the courier says it's delivered. I will ship another today via royal mail. I have since spoken to you and you said you had this item now any chance of editing your review?. Hi Robert I assume you did get one of the calendars I sent? I know it's 1 bad review but hopefully the service I provided was enough for you to edit it as 1 bad review for me is too many.

The product itself is perfect ! Can’t fault how fast I got it too but I must say the delivery service was awful Evri left my parcel un attended for a whole day in the street while it was raining I would highly recommend not to use them.

Great product, more communication required.
Beautiful picture, with medal and certified signatures, worth every penny. The only reason for 4* rather than 5* is simply due to lack of communication. I never received an email confirmation of order, which caused me to panic slightly that it could have been a fake site. I then received an email from parcel2go (about 2 days later) stating that they would contact me when it was out for delivery which never happened. That said I cannot fault the product, delivery was quick and now I know they are a genuine site I will definitely order again.

Thanks for the review, please check your spam folder as I always send 2 emails, 1 to confirm order and another to confirm order has been completed. With regards to the courier, I will have a word with them as they normally send an email on day of delivery. I bought a T shirt and a 2024 calendar and both items were quick to arrive, well priced and are exceptional quality. The T shirt is very good quality and the "Wings of Glory" Calendar is superb. The pictures are fabulous and its got key dates of World War 2. I will be framing the pictures when 2024 is over! Thank you Military Signature Archive. I will definitely be buying from you again!!!
