We bought a stairlift via Miller Care in Heywood for my Grandad. Great service, would highly reccomend.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. They were knowledgeable about their products and allowed us to have a go, including seeing if the mobility scooter fit in the boot.

I have just purchased a mobility scooter from Millercare, Leyland. The quality of service from Matt was excellent on the two occasions that I visited the shop. Very pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable giving good advice. I never felt pushed in making my decision to buy. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back in future.

I called in this morning to see if they a walking aid with trays, they had them in stock and the lady was extremely helpful and altered the height for me, and also got into the boot of my car, I was in and out within half and hour,
I am now home with the walker and it is going to be great for me.

Was looking to purchase a mobility scooter and came across Miller Care in Blackburn and saw that we could actually hire a scooter. The lady in the shop was really helpful, she showed us how to use it and how it came apart to go in the car. We paid £95 & £100 deposit which was paid back into my account straight away when we returned it. Was definitely worth it and enabled us to get out and about. Would certainly recommend Miller Care and would have no qualms using the service again

Took a trip to Millercare in Oswaldtwistle today, to purchase a wheelchair for my mother. The staff there were very friendly and efficient, allowing mother to take her time in trying out something that she had been reluctant to use. She is extremely happy with her "new wheels" and can't wait to get out and about. Thank you Claire for your empathy, patience, and advice. We know where to come for any further purchases.

My recent experience of purchasing a profiling bed from Millercare Blackpool was extremely positive. I had a home visit where I could explain my requirements and discuss the options available to me. I then had excellent telephone and email communication with Ken to ensure I was ordering the right product. I didn’t feel that I was being a nuisance or under pressure to buy which I often do. In the day if delivery, Jordan and Phil were fantastic. They made sure I was happy with the position and set up of the product and took time to demonstrate and explain the functions. I will use Millercare again for the equipment I need. They really were excellent.

The staff at the Warrington store were absolutely amazing! From the very first phone call through to our visit in store, the service was exceptional.
They had a variety of wheelchairs ready for me to try, adjusted the footrests to suit my longer legs, and carefully talked us through how to collapse the chair for travelling.
When we left, they even opened the door so my husband could comfortably push me out. Their friendly and caring attitude made what could have been a stressful experience into a genuinely wonderful one. Can’t thank you enough.

Met Kelly at the Motability show at the NEC where I made a casual enquiry and without her being too pushy she suggested exactly what I was looking for and I left an hour later delighted with my purchase. she was easy to get on with, professional without stuffy and made the whole process most enjoyable. I can highly recommend Millercare and I look forward to using their scooter and getting to know it

My mum needed a top quality wheelchair. Mum is in a Care Home in Ormskirk. Allister was the person who helped us.
He treated mum with absolute total respect. He spoke through each process of fitting the wheelchair to mums measurements with patience and kindness.
The wheelchair was delivered in one week and my mum was smiling.

I recently visited the Heywood branch and met Julia and Andrea. I needed to discuss several issues regarding my parent’s house and wasn’t sure where to start.
Julia was fantastic. She talked me through what could be done, including bathrooms, toilets, ramps, chairs, mobility aids etc. and then came to the house to meet my parents and assess the situation.
I have since had several items delivered which have already made a positive impact on the daily lives of my parents. I have also had visits from ramp and bathroom specialists and feel confident that these will be handled professionally also.
As a former customer service manager for a global market leading brand, I can say without doubt that the whole experience has been excellent, everybody I have met has been caring and professional, and Julia is most definitely an asset to the organisation.
