Came in yesterday to look for a collapsible wheelchair for my granddad who is quite immobile due to a stroke. I can happily say that we had the best experience at milllercare southport. There was a lovely man who's name i didn't quite catch (he had a Scottish or Irish accent!) who made my grandparents feel relaxed and confident in what they were about to buy. You can really tell they aren't doing this for money, they are doing it to be better people. This was reinforced by them giving my granddad a free grabber, and not accepting a tip!!
i truly cannot thank all the millercare team enough, and will definitely be visiting in the future.

his name was dan was very polite and got my scooter wotking again he came upagaints a few problems doin it what he wasnt exspecting but he sorted all new wigwam lever new switches so up an running again should have more enginers like him thanks dan x

Had my Electric Wheelchair serviced by Dan today. He was very friendly both on the phone and in person. He knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything to me. He was very efficient. I would highly recommend Dan and Millercare.

We had a Stairlift fitted for our mother in July 2025, and we found all the Staff extremely helpful, knowledgable and efficient. Tara explained everything so well, and was really friendly and kept us up to date throughout the whole precess. Trevor fitted it and was also very professional. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them.

Needed to get a wheelchair for my Dad at fairly short notice after a fall. Danny at Blackpool was really helpful, adjusting the wheelchair and explaining the difference between the pressure pads on offer.

Spoke to Tara who arranged to come out and visit my mum very promptly, once mum had chosen it was fitted within 2 weeks.
The overall look of the stair lift is neat, tidy and compact. Its made a massive difference to my mums life and I am so grateful to Millercare for being so efficient and professional.

Miller care service depart always exceeds expectations and they provide excellent customer service. Sean From the service department I always willing to listen to any issues and help to find the right solutions also provides update on all spare part that are waiting to be delivered providing as much information as he can all the staff on the phones are also very kind and understanding and helpful.
Tom was the engineer that did my annual power chair service and fitted some new wheels he was polite courteous and happy to answer my questions a credit to the team.
I also had an issue with a seat cushion and Kelly and Lucy from the Blackburn Miller care show room came out to my home and as always just a pleasure to deal with so knowledgeable about the products and services and again always happy to answer my questions. Andy is also an excellent engineer and has visited multiple times the engineers always phone before they arrive to give you an estimated time of arrival allowing you time to be ready this is excellent customer service and such a good idea so you never miss you appointment. Andy , Arron, Dan and Tom like all the staff are always happy to help always polite and helpful ! Truly Miller care will always be my first choice everytime for equipment like leg raiser for furniture to the best range of power chairs available they have excellent product knowledge always excellent value for money and always happy to help as my physical needs change they treat you with dignity and respect something that really matters so I’m always happy to recommend to my friends and neighbours to use millercare everyone I have dealt with over the years has been brilliant 😊

I visited Millercare Oldham to purchase a mobility scooter and was served by Joanne who made a very difficult and stressful experience very easy and straightforward. Joanne was kind and sympathetic whilst being knowledgable about the products and efficient too! She helped me gain confidence to ride the scooter around the shop and even on the street! We were advised to replace our stairlift as the engine was on its way out. Andrew from Millercare came and measured up. He was great. Advised us on the type of lift. Gave us options and made the job of replacing our lift easy. Very professional

Just visited Millercare Blackpool for a waterproof cast showering and other aids following my wife's fall this morning and time in A&E. Efficiently served by staff who were very helpful .... 5* service !
