Miller Metcalfe Avis 

We have recently Sold our property and bought our new one with Miller Metcalfe we found there service very good our property details were done very quickly and we sold our property within 4 weeks!!! the pictures taken were much better than we had seen from other estate agents, also throughout the buying and selling process they were on hand to assist with any issue raised and made sure our move went through as smoothly as possible. We would recommend them to anyone selling their property

We initially chose Miller Metcalfe because we know somebdy who works there, however we soon found out that the whole team were friendly and competent. We dealt with Ashley on a daily basis and to be honest I cant praise her highly enough, she was excellent! We sold our house within weeks of it going on the market and this was 2 weeks before Christmas, we hadnt even started looking for a new house at this point. If your looking to sell your home you should look no further than Miller Metcalfe they were absolutely fantastic and really helped us through what was a very stressful time. A big Thank You to Ashley and everyone at Miller Metcalfe.

We lost a loved member of the family and had to sort everything out very quickly, as we live abroad and were only in England for a short time. We invited 3 estate agents to value the house and chose Miller Metcalfe due to price (obviously), value given for the house but also on how we felt about the company based on the confidence we had in the person who came to see us. It was a great choice! We contacted lots of staff members during the process but all were up to speed and everyone returned calls if we needed a particular individual. They were efficient, helpful, cheerful and professional. Our only (slight) reservation was that the house did not appear on their website for a few weeks but it was sold very shortly afterwards, and we were kept advised of progress, despite a prolonged probate period. We were impressed with all our dealings with Miller Metcalfe and would definitely recommend them.

I rang Miller Metcalfe regarding a Home Buyer Report on a property I was purchasing,I spoke to belinda who was so nice and helpful.The surveyor Mr Peter Russell did an excellent job he went into great detail the Red,Amber & Green system helps you know how serious any defects are. I can not sing the praises of Miller Metcalfe enough. I am so glad I took their advise on the sale price and indeed everything they did for us reflected their superior team work and very efficient and proficient work ethos. Everyone I had contact with from Jade, Kim, Susan and Emily were very professional, polite, pleasant and very helpful in all issues. I have absolutely no regrets to choosing this estate agent and am so pleased we sold the house in such a short time. Such a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Miller Metcalfe offered support and guidance during our house move. All I can say is that they made what is a very stressful time a lot less stressful. Just to know that they were on the end of the phone to listen to my concerns which they always quickly alleviated is invaluable. Their knowledge of how the house moving process runs from both personal experience and also working experience has been a huge help.
They stepped in when it wasn’t really within their remit to do so, I was on the verge of total panic and knew that they would be able to and would want to help and that means so much.

Selling a property with this firm was like drawing teeth. Information was hard to come by, staff were irritable, crotchety, sometimes quite rude, and largely uncommunicative. I dealt with numerous different staff, who changed on a regular basis, most of whom hadn't visited the property, knew little about it, and generally gave the impression they cared even less. A sale was eventually agreed, at a price much lower than the initial valuation but it was to a buyer, who I initially engaged and showed round. In the closing stages I had difficulty in determining on whose behalf MM were acting on, mine or the buyers. Overall not a pleasant or satisfactory experience. I couldn't recommend this firm.

I was attracted to Miller Metcalfe by the high number of "Sold" signs in the area which bore their name at a time when many properties remained unsold. This suggested that they brought something extra to the business of house selling. They proved to be very knowledgeable, very efficient and provided a first class service.
