Order went in August 2021 .waited till 14th October 2021. Very poor.service.not impress how many times had to follow up on my order.and still some items still missing.had not got full order.still.I am amazed on the on line shopping items I was told was not in stock.why advertising.these clothing and people are still making orders on line.this is false and letting people wait so long.and they blame COVID.i disagree.they don't have the stock .then don't lie to people.up to 3 months to get your order.is wrong.but I feel they take your money fast.then no customer care is given.greed is what this is about.

Absolutely disgusting service. I have emailed and called about an order I placed a month ago and all as I keep getting is a generic email saying we are following this up with a third party. Well shops are open now so they need to give me my money back. Please DON’T purchase online from these people

I'm an idiot, I went and ordered again after the 10 week wait, thinking that it was a one off occurrence of bad service. I'm now into the 5th week of waiting for another delivery. Really should of read the reviews. Don't bother, they don't care.

Just like EVERY OTHER REVIEW on this site, I've purchased an item that I'm yet to receive. I've been waiting 24 days now and it is still processing at their warehouse apparently.
I have contacted them about it and they told me they would get back to me, which they haven't. I was told my order was marked as 'urgent', which I'm sure is either a complete lie or their definition or urgency is different than, well, the rest of Australia.

I was trying to get into the shop 8/9/21 & immediately had to move clothes racks im in my wheelchair trolley my carer had to move all racks to get to service desk this store is not wheelchair friendly it's all cluttered .this was really stressful for me and my carer i have never been so stressed trying to get specials when I got home i was so upset to find items not on special i spent $225 this store is just too cluttered & the service not the best Joan flood

Disgraceful service and misleading/ false advertising of Mosaic brands - includes Millers, Rockmans, Noni B, Rivers, Katies, Autograph, W. Lane
Have had to chase up orders continuously receiving stock standed replies that "your order is being processed." But of course no one can tell you when.
Took ten weeks to receive an order after I had to chase it up time after time. No communication about delays or even worse that the item is not even in stock
The most outrageous thing is you are still bombarded with emails advertising products that are out of stock.
Just cancelled two orders. One order placed over four weeks ago. This was for 8 items. Not received ONE! No updates. No apologies. Nothing, till you ring and complain. Then still no answer as to when the order will be shipped.
Other order had two items I was waiting on for 6 weeks!
Of course unable to get through to the head office. Never again.
Wasting time, wasting money.
I've placed my ordered a week ago. No action has been made. No update on my delivery, no update from my purchase history, I sent an email no one reply, but they keep updating promotion via e-mail.
I have no idea how long i have to wait for my order to be sent. Or my money will be gone. Very bad customer service.
Order 22/06/21 still not received…
On 22nd June 2021 I ordered and paid for a Jacket from Millers On 30th June I spoke to Jazz on the phone and he told me he could see my order in the Warehoue but could not get it out. Thinking he would find someone to help but apparently did not do so.
It it now 23/8/21 an still not received my order or refund.

BUYER BEWARE! I placed and order with millers. The shipment email I received contained a link to a tracking number that didn't exist and customer service won't respond the any enquires as to where my order is. It has been a month and still nothing! I will have to lodge with fair trading. Worst customer experience I have ever had not to mention the fact I have lost my money.

Bought a cordless vacuum cleaner that was nowhere near as description. Returned it 4 weeks ago. Have sent 7 emails and called them 8 times and keep getting excuses. The lates excuse is that I should have paid by PayPal not by credit card. Disgusting customer service. Never again will I order anything on line from Millers or enter one of their store.

Disappointing service
I used to buy all the time from Millers online with no problems at all, my purchase was always dispatched within a couple of days of purchase, now things have changed, I made a purchase last December 2020 online and had a lot of trouble with my order it took almost three weeks to actually get my items and only because I requested a refund, which by the way was ignored. Foolishly I just placed another order with them giving them the benefit of doubt seeing as I order around a busy period last time but yet again I am going through the same issues, no contact, no parcel. I always make a point of purchasing via Paypal as I have some reassurance they will assist in getting my money back if need be, I will no longer purchase from Millers online, very disappointing and unreliable, I have noticed that the the payment was issued to Noni B Holdings on my Paypal receipt which may explain why Millers customer service has fallen by the wayside, buyers beware if you want to buy from Millers I suggest you go in-store and give the online shopping a wide berth.

Everyone beware of ordering anything through this company. 4 months has passed since I purchased a air fryer that was not working. Contacted them several times received 21 emails to date from them saying, will notify you in 5 working days repeat,repeat,repeat, repeat, repeat! Shocking I’m sure their hoping I’ll just give up! Poor service appliance still sitting on my table!
How much longer are they going to deny a refund. Don’t was time with this Company! Had to give a star or no where to post review minus 5 star. Shame on you.
Very disappointed
Very disappointed with Miller's. I made an online order for some winter clothes 23 days ago. Their website states that delivery of orders should take 3-5 days. I received an acknowledgement of my order and receipt of payment and then nothing.
After waiting 14 days, I submitted a support ticket asking what was happening. It took four days for them to reply asking me to be patient as they had contacted their third party supplier and requested that my order be prioritised and had not had any response from said third party supplier.
A couple more days passed and I received the same request for patience again.
Finally replied to them this morning asking them to cancel the order and refund my money.
Miller's online used to be good, but since they've brought in these "third party suppliers," the service has gone way down hill. This is the second time this sort of thing has happened. No more online sales for me, thanks Miller's!
I would never shop with Millers online again
I would never shop with Millers online again they need to be reported to ASIC and Fair Trading. Their practices are deceptive and illegal. Buyer beware! Millers online store is a joke. I used to love it now I hate it. You pay for items but they never deliver. Customer service is equally appalling. I purchased goods a month ago and I am still waiting on delivery. They said it was dispatched 3 weeks ago turns out that just means they printed the postage label and then did nothing more. Emails and calls to the customer service only gets empty promises and no action. There is something seriously wrong with their follow up, postage and dispatch system. I will never go through this again. I have hated this shopping experience. Give them a wide berth they are unreliable and will only disappoint. Not an online store that can be trusted. I would give them 0 star if I could. Perhaps all the customers here who have the same experience should make reports to Fair Trading and ASIC for fraudulent practices on the part of Millers. Word of wisdom to others don’t use them.

Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!!!. I ordered products online on the 6/5 and almost 3 weeks later I have still not received them or had any correspondence as to when delivery might be. I have called and emailed so many times but got no response at all. Finally I had had enough and asked for my order to be cancelled and then they tell me it will take 14 to 21 days for the cancellation to be processed but in the meantime they will still keep taking my money through afterpay.
Will never ever shop with Millers again. Such a joke of a company. Not sure how they can get away with this.

Horrible experience with online orders. Firstly they make it seem like it's a great deal and force $100 min order for free shipping when there is click n collect. But they have to make those extra $$
One order placed but it comes in 5 different small parcels on different dates.
Half the items are apparently not available at the time of shipment.
Take a month to get an order.
Poor service and ridiculous excuses.

Then I get another email saying there was a computer glitch what a joke this company is. As an olive branch they gave me a free shipping voucher and you guessed it 1 week later it has not left or shipped. Millers needs to read these reviews and get a reality check because it's unacceptable I'm never ever shopping with them again they stink.

It took Miller's three weeks to tell me that the product " Rivers Classic Straight Bengaline Pant" was no longer available?
Today (15/04/21) the delivery with the second pair of pants left the warehouse, 3 weeks after it was ordered (order was placed on 25/03/21).
I no longer want the second pair of pants and demand a full refund for both pairs of pants including delivery, a total of $40.47.
The lack of communication, initiative, and customer service was appalling and I hope your management implements ways for you to improve in these areas so other customers do not lose confidence in your company as I have.
You have lost me as a Miller's loyal customer.
