One star because I have to
This is the first time I've ordered online for Millers. I should have looked up the reviews (lazy me) as I can see that I am not the only one (or 2 or 3) that have issues with them taking money and taking 1-2 months to send the goods (am optimistic that I will receive my order). My opinion now, with Millers do not order online!
Very disappointed
Still waiting for balance of 2 orders. One placed in September the other early October. What a joke. Unable to contact by phone customer care, have received automated ticket numbers for complaints, still waiting.
Shocking customer service
I too have had shocking customer care on item not received. Just generated emails and not able to get through by phone. Wish I knew how terrible they are and I would never have bothered ordering from them. Just want my money back as clearly will not have my order for Christmas

Ugh, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.....2 weeks and still no dispatch information. Can't get through on the phone, no response to my emails. Clearly won't have my order before Christmas. Will have to go into a store to see if I can find anything to replace the ordered items. Seriously considering lodging a dispute with my bank for refund of money

I wished that I checked the reviews before I ordered from these bunch of clowns. I still haven’t received my order, emails from millers saying be patient with the covid excuse. If you can’t process orders then don’t advertise on the internet. Quick to take your money but then send a fake Aussie post tracking number.

Worst experience ever! Ordered on 24th of November and I still don’t have confirmation of shipping. I have contacted them about cancelling the order and no reply to that either! Completely a SCAM! I am contacting consumer court about these guys.
Do not order online from Millers!!!
Waited 10 days for my order to even be dispatched and received a tracking number/link that didn't work. After another 2 weeks waiting I contacted customer service, waited another week for a response, only to find out that my parcel still hadn't even reached the right state. Still have no idea when (or if) my parcel will arrive.

Customer service is a joke.
I placed an order on 3rd November and after two weeks I received part of the order. I contacted them about this and they gave me a ticket number to use when I had an enquiry. Their reply was it was a covid/warehouse issue. They then offered me a voucher and said they were having issues sourcing the items. I have heard nothing further. I have sent six emails and I cannot get a response. Their practise of accepting payment for items they don't have is seriously dodgy. I am hoping Paypal can get my money back.

I am disgusted with Miller’s non existent Customer Service.
Never once have I been contacted by Miller’s about delays and non existent stock when I place an order. Only after 8 weeks when I instigated an enquiry to where my ordered goods were that anyone bothered to follow up.
What if I had not called would I have ever received a refund or explanation as to what was happening with my order. Obviously Millers has no regards for its customers and the delivery of items purchased.
Be aware of poor customer communications and non supply of ordered goods.

It's absolutely hillarious when you push the pic Icon at the top of this page it leads you to millers site. Millers sell for a variety of company's, Rivers and various others. I stupidly ordered from these guys for the second time. What was I thinking. Worst customer service ever from a company. Disgraceful. They got me with $20. Dresses. You are absolute pooh millers. Lift your game.
Slower than Australia post
Millers is slower than Australia post. Processing orders and posting them is awful. Even communication is appalling was promised refund/order cancellation over a week ago and still nothing. Wont be shopping there again.
Something Seriously Wrong Here.
After reading the reviews of other customers and being in the same situation (no orders forthcoming after a month of waiting) I have realised that something is amiss with this company. I have made a complaint to the ACCC and asked that this company be investigated before we all lose our money down the "Black Hole" as one person described it. Hopefully it will have results. Is this company about to declare bankruptcy I wonder?

You literally cannot get any worse than this company. One month and no order received. No communication except a courier no that does not work. Staff who have no clue what they are doing. They must be going bust or deserve too!

That taught me a good lesson you think millers in store is the same as their online store.No there not and now I can not shop in store again. So many unsatisfied customers. You have everybody's details that are shopping online do you respond do you apologize do you improve your service no you don't care most Australian companies will try to improve there shopping experience for their customers.

My orders were placed on the 4 and 11 October respectively and paid for at the same time. Nothing has been received to date despite my follow ups and Miller’s assurances that my order is a priority. It appears our money may be falling down a “black hole”.Reading other reviews it seems I am not alone in my complaint. I am now of the view that it is time to involve the ACCC as it does appear that they have taken payment for goods that they are not in a position/ nor do they intend to supply. Today I have asked for a supervisor to contact me and as yet there has been no call/explanation. My patience with them has run out. Why ever would they offer more items for sale online when they obviously are either not coping or they do not intend to supply existing orders ? Definitely a matter for the ACCC.
This Company is no longer worth buying…
This Company is no longer worth buying from. I believe they are selling clothing which is not available at the time of acceptance of the order. I have waited for over two weeks for my order to be sent. Have waited for an hour on hold to speak to someone, and was assured my parcel would be shipped within two weeks at the latest. I have now requested a full refund, as I've given up on ever receiving my order, and need the clothes.I will not be buying from them again.

NEVER shop with Miller’s again. Absolutely appalling customer service and they are ripping people blind. I made a very substantial online purchase from them over 3 months ago. Have not received anything and each time I make contact the send me a $20 voucher to use when I spend ANOTHER $100. NO THANK YOU! They are using the excuse “COVID” for delays…not this long seriously! I have asked multiple time for a refund and NOTHING. Please don’t be ripped off by this theiving company 😡

Think twice before ordering anything online from Millers. Delivery is SO slow that your item will be out of fashion & season by the time it arrives. So instead decided to do a click n collect (thought I'd have my clothing in a day or 2) but NO!!!! Paid for my click n collect but now they tell me it's being shipped to me (I don't have to pay for shipping, how thoughtful of them). Just another item I'll be waiting a long time to receive. Unfortunately the special occasion I bought this item for is looooooong gone. 😞🤨 Not good enough Millers. If you can't deliver within a reasonable time don't take customers money. This problem has existed for a long time, you've had plenty of time to rectify it!!!

The customer service is disgusting.Had an account for years but due to slack delivery times and terrible customer service via phone / email I closed it. Decided to give one more try and shopped as a quest, 22 days have passed and no delivery. So decided to ring and find out what is going on, Kept on hold for so long to be told your order is still in the warehouse will send through to them to hurry up. Can order for OS and comes quicker.
Lesson learned NEVER shop here again.
