Order 22 December 2021 No 10969993

On 22 December 2021 I placed an order No 10969993 for two dresses. I have not received them to date 25 January 2022 with only one email from Millers early January saying delivery is delayed. I have tried to contact Millers online today to complain with no success. Does anybody know what is happening with this company?

Customer Service Non Existant

Worst customer service and experience. Stop using covid as an excuse as other companies have delivered on time, and/or provided proper updates. Order placed 6th of October and still waiting. Next steps Fair Trading. Appalling - refund my money now……

LEGAL WHITE COLLAR THEFT!

Even one star is far too generous! Don't order from Millers online. It is a fraud and they are thieves. Very quick to take your money, but fail to give you your goods, fail to communicate, return calls and you can't speak to anyone in Australia. Millers belongs to the Mosaic Brand Ltd and they too are shameless and immoral. They have no integrity and are completely indifferent. Whether you call the customer "care" line, or the Mosaic Sydney office....THEY DO NOT CARE! My advise would be to recommend that your fellow sisters boycott the stores that STEAL your money. Together, and only together, can we take on these powerful, greedy cooperate fat cats. Obviously, they have forgotten two things. 1. Where they came from and where they started and 2. Who makes them rich and powerful. Without us and our money, you are NOTHING!

Would prefer to rate with ZERO stars

Would prefer to rate with ZERO stars, but not an option. Very poor non-existent customer service. As at today 19/01/2022 I still HAVE NOT received my online order placed on 08/12/2021. Received a couple of poor unbelievable excuses via email about Australia Post delays (not true as there have been no delays with receiving orders from other companies) and Warehouse delays (just that a poor excuse). Have phoned 3 times and given more lame excuses. The joke is that Millers keep emailing us to buy more products when they can’t fulfil their existing orders……completely beyond a joke.
Wake up Millers, stop making lame excuses and ship my order to me as soon as possible please.
Shame on you Millers, tell us the truth!.

No commonication from Millers

I bought two dresses on 22/11/21. Havent received them yet 18/1/2022. Very bad service. I have sent several emails no response. One email I got 26/11/2021 that my order has been dispatched but havent received it yet. I have checked status it says processing from 22/11/2021 I have mentioned in the email if they dont have the product I ordered can Millers refund my money. No response. No more buying from Millers.

I ordered 3 tops online mid november so far I have received one just before Christmas and that was incorrectly addressed. They were xmas gifts. There customer service is very poor, the are quick enough to take the money, but very slow on communication they owe me $60.00 I have been very patient listening to their excuses blaming Australia Post and Covid approximately 8 weeks now waiting for delivery? I will never shop online at Millers again, its very disappointing, where to from here when I cannot get to speak to a person.

Shocking service

Shocking service! Ordered 7 items on 25 November 2021. They took the money and said thanks for the order. Nothing since I have emailed several times and have rung them several times NO reply but I get 2 or 3 emails a day advertising products when they can’t even fulfil the orders they have! I am investigating the channels to report this company as this is fraud!

Good Product - dreadful service

Unfortunately, I also purchased on the 27th November hoping for pre Christmas delivery, have contacted them several times but just get the apology email and an offer of $20 voucher (if I spend more than $20 and by the 10th January...not likely), called them today and they will escalate to a 'communication team', who will get back to me in a "few days". I have lodged a complaint with Paypal, who will give them until the 25th January. I will lodge a complaint with fair trading as well, if enough customers complain then maybe it may save other customers the hassle.

There is something seriously wrong with…

There is something seriously wrong with this company. Purchased 4 dresses on 26 November and still nothing apart from their "thank you for your understanding" emails blaming Covid and Aussie Post. But can send me 2 to 3 emails a day with more goodies to buy. They need to be investigated as they are running a scam. One star is 1 star too many for this company. Hoping for a refund but don't like my chances :(

Don't order online with Millers.

One star for Millers online ordering is beyond generous. Placed order on 27th November 2021, lodged a complaint December 9th after attempting to call the company. No-one answered the phone. Like other reviewers I have received the same standard response with a $20 credit that can be used on full priced items with minimum spend $21!!!! They are blaming stock supplies and Australia Post. Stop the blame game
Millers. Time to contact ACCC next as this is fraud.

Don’t order On-line !!!

I ordered some Xmas presents approximately 3 weeks before Xmas and still I am waiting for them Instead I get the same email twice apologising for the delay blaming post. Yet everyone else I have ordered from Sydney and Melbourne from other retails I received on time !!
And to make things more irritating they send me emails with a $20 voucher to use before the 10th January I wonder which will come first my parcel or the due date for my voucher ! I have tried to ring but to no avail. This has happened to me two other times I will never order again on line. Warning people !! But in saying this…. the clothes and visiting their shops I can’t complain great value for what you pay for I wonder how long it will take for a reply to this review

I got a confirmation email and the PayPal one for the payment but so far no email to advise dispatch, waiting on stock or anything else. I ordered on December 8th. When I log into my account there is no order there. Raised a ticket and have only had automated responses since saying that someone would assist me soon. No response on any platform at all. I wish I’d seen the reviews before ordering. I had recently purchased some items in store but there were a few others that were only available online in the design or size that I wanted so I placed the order not imagining that there would be any issue. Definitely not comforted by seeing so many people saying they are having trouble getting refunds. Are they deliberately trying to destroy their company by not providing products that they have advertised and sold and also by having non existent customer service to help their customers? We need to get a current affair, office of fair trading, ACCC etc. involved I think. It’s not right for the company to continue trading and taking peoples money when they haven’t fulfilled the orders that they already have.

Guys do not buy from this company like everyone else I ordered in November still nothing finally rang their phone no(should have done that earlier) and was told the items I ordered was unavailable geez thanks Millers only took a month to find that out DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

I placed 2 orders over a month ago from Millers on their advertised “SALE” value $240. Repeatedly asked if they would be delivered in time for Christmas (gifts) they have blamed Covid-19 and Australia Post. I have ordered many many times over a period of many years and have always received my order promptly within a week which is why I thought this would be ok. VERY disappointed if they advertise a sale they should be able to deliver. I have asked for a refund and probably will not purchase from them again. POOR FORM MILLERS. STOP BLAMING COVID-19 AND POST. IT IS YOU. I have to disappoint 6 seniors as they will not have their gifts

Fail to Deliver and Poor Communication

Ordered on 30th November and still nothing, not even dispatched. Poor communication, just use automated emails blaming Australia Post which is a load of crap as have received over 20 parcels from various places even overseas since placing this order. Have requested a refund on multiple occasions which is also ignored. Will never order again from Millers as it seems this is the norm for them 😡

Happy to take your money but not ship the goods

Like the many other reviewers on this site, I feel like I’ve been completely ripped off by Millers. I placed my order in November and my parcel still has yet to be dispatched. I’ve contacted the company several times, and just like everyone else has said, all you get is an automated response from them blaming Australia Post for the delays. Nobody is buying that! I’ve never experienced such appalling customer service and I will NEVER shop with Millers or any of their brand partners again. I cannot believe they are allowed to operate in this fashion. I’m going to contact PayPal to see if they can help me get a refund from this dodgy company.

Ordered in November as presents for Christmas it's now 4 days to Christmas and not a delivery from Millers.
Worst customer service.
I honestly think they have no idea where my two orders are.
Their reply is the goods have been dispatched.
But the tracking number just say pending.
Disgusting service

One star is generous

One star is generous! I just cancelled my order after 5 weeks waiting for an online order and finding out it’s still at the warehouse. Like a rag to a bull they happily say sorry and send me a voucher for $20, as if I would give them even one more cent of my hard earned dollars. They should just close up, stop the emails for one line shopping and stick with face to face. Ants with carts deliver fast than millers.
