I will never shop online with Millers again !…

I will never shop online with Millers again. Their online service in the past has been satisfactory but now it is a mess. Recently I have had wrong orders delivered, orders never delivered, then I have had to ring Millers to try and rectify the problems !
I will be unsubscribing from their site, as they have lost my trust.

Beware they don't deliver

I keep ordering because I like the clothes from millers , rockmans and noni b all are one company but time and time again I have to chase up items , what they do is send one or two items then say order is delivered even though you receive an email saying that SOME OF YOUR ITEMS ARE SHIPPED, then wait weeks for the other items and so many emails with automatic replies.
Each time I say no more orders then They entice you with specials via email , if you don't have items in stock then don't have them on your website, this problem is with all their brands MOSIAC

Check your shipping address before paying

Placed online order with Miller's Online today, invoice comes different suburb&state to my account details contact customer care they can't do anything,can't change address can't cancel order,I'm very upset & disappointed with the lack of help received

Absolutely disgusting customer service

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Wanting a refund and they won’t acknowledge email. Just a generated one all the time why they are back logged and shipping holdups.

Ordered off miller’s nz website back in November 2021. Still waiting for my order. Emailed with no satisfaction.

Will never ever order from these guys again.

Using Covid as an excuse for non delivery .

I've had a similar experience, i placed an order with Miller's a couple of months ago and I've only received part of my order. I emailed them telling them that I would never order from them again. I had a similar experience last year, but did eventually receive my order after a long wait. And I was willing to give them another chance, but no more, after telling them that they shouldn't be advertising clothes they don't have in stock , i finally got one of the T shirts, but am still waiting for the other T shirt. I rang customer service and asked for a refund,
if they weren't able to send it out soon, but instead I'm getting these automated messages. As far as I'm concerned they are hiding behind covid and are using covid as an excuse for the orders not being sent out. I've since ordered clothes from other suppliers and have had no problems, in fact orders were delivered in less than 2 weeks. So it's not Austalia Post that's causing the trouble.

I ordered from Miller’s NZ website in October. Still waiting for all of my order in March. Very disappointed! We shouldn’t be able to make an order if there are no items available! Summer clothes are arriving in autumn now!

Must be something of a record. 100% of online buyers rate this business as one star with some, including me, wishing they could rate it lower. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. My experience is similar to the other reviewers. I purchased two pairs of sandals from Millers. After more than a week the order had not been sent. It had not even moved. I found that I could purchase the sandals for a similar price locally so I decided to cancel the Millers order. I went to their website and found their contact form which did not fit the circumstances. I could not find a contact email address so at 4:45pm I rang them. Despite their website showing they closed at 5:00pm I received a message saying I was ringing outside their business hours. I left a message cancelling the order. Despite the order being cancelled about two weeks later I received the order. The goods were returned the next day. Since then, I have been trying to get my money back. I paid Millers $50.00 for the sandals but they have only offered a $40.00 refund. There was no explanation for the $10.00 deduction. I have lodged a dispute with PayPal and hopefully they can get all my money back. Don’t buy from Millers they are a pack of thieves. Update (26/02/2022) PayPal has given me a full refund. Thankyou PayPal

Millers appears to be selling stock…

Millers appears to be selling stock they do not have. Delayed orders, incomplete orders, customer service is appalling and always using covid as the excuse for delays. They should not be selling anything they do not have in stock. If they had the items in stock then there would not be delays of sometimes months. After years of being a loyal customer I have had enough. Complaint made to Dept Fair Trading.

Theft! Front up and give back our money

Made a bulk order of nearly $300 on 12th December and I have received NOTHING except excuses via automated emails. My complaint emails aren’t responded to and I’m just so sad that what I deemed to be a reputable business has stolen my money.

Do not order online

7 weeks annnd nothing.... contacted 6 times in emails and had a 'ticket in que' - still no response. They need to be shut down!!! Never will I buy again from Millers. I'll be attending Millers shops and demanding a refund stuff them - people...start going to stores and demanding ya orders or refunds. Disgusting customer service... I see some have waited over 3 months. They are ripping people off! I'll start trashing stores fkn seriously.

I Wish i read the reviews before ordering from millers online , 6 weeks now and they have send 3 item out of 4 and countless automated emails ,useless response all saying thanks for your patience,? and the big fat lie that the delay is due to COVID and truly think they do that so people gave up leave the rest of money to them and may this how they make the profit, sell online deliver part of the orders and keep the rest of the money this is not poor service this is stealing no other explanation? i have lodged a complained to the fair trading and waiting for a response

Placed an order in October 2021. Knew there were postal delays but thought surely I would receive before Christmas. Christmas came and no parcel. I then sent an email early jan 2022 asking what’s happening expecting my order to of at least dispatched. It took multiple emails for them to reply to me. They finally replied letting me know none of my order had been dispatched. A few days later I then received 2 out of my 10 items I had purchased. I then requested a refund for the rest of my order. After lots more emails and no responses I receive three more items. I contact them again about my missing 5 items and wanting a refund, after not getting a response I let them know I would be taking this further, funny enough I then get a response right away and a $10 refund as they say one of my missing items is out of stock. I replied back right away with what about my other 4 items? I’m still yet to hear. It has now been 4 months. Reading these other reviews shows there is someone reading the emails however picking and choosing who they respond to.

I placed this order on 12/01/22. I contacted the Customer Care Line on 24/01/22 to request changing the item and I would pay the difference, if not to cancel the order. The representative told me that it is impossible as the order has gone to the warehouse and I can only do that once the items have been sent to me. She stated that she would ask them to see to this asap. So I ordered the item I wanted, including the $10 shipping, and it arrived yet still waiting on the item I need to refund. Called today 09/02/22 and told it’s sitting in the “delayed pile” at the warehouse. That’s a blatant lie. Because how can an item ordered weeks after the original arrive whilst the other is sitting in a delayed pile. I have been patient and I have been polite to the Customer Care Representative as it is not her fault (she is just doing her job, which is clearly reading a script). However my patience is wearing thin.

MORE OF THE SAME!

I am joining the same theme as everyone else on this site! I ordered online from Millers in November and despite my complaint calls, in which I have been told my order was in the warehouse but was delayed due to covid, and would be shipped asap, still absolutely no result. Same story with an Autograph order I made at the same time. I will never order from any of these companies again and will be staying away from Millers stores (obviously they don't have any problem getting orders to those!). Next step is looking for the appropriate consumer protection body to make a complaint to.

Order hasn't even been sent out after over a month

Ordered over a month ago and order still hasn't even been sent out. Have sent 2 emails asking for a refund and all I'm getting is automated replies saying my ticket is on the help desk and will be answered soon. Wont be purchasing again. Please send my order out this week or refund me thanks.

Terrible Customer Service.

As others have previously said, the customer service is appalling. I order items on 9/12/2021 and am still waiting on some of them. I have contacted them via email numerous times, only to be told about nail delays. It is funny that having ordered from Portmans on same day, the items arrived within 5 business days. Do not blame the postal service, when it is clearly that you do not have the stock that you have advertised for sale. Zero stars from me also.
