So it sounds like I'm having a very similar experience to everyone here as well - if only we had all known and never placed our orders! I had placed an order for my Mum as she has difficulty finding clothing now due to her age and she was so excited when I was notified the parcel was on it's way. Millers requested from the delivery company to have it returned to them before it even was dispatched to me and this was literally now 2 months ago today. After at least a dozen emails and about the same in phone calls I am still trying to get an answer. I just spoke with a 'customer care' agent called Christine who said they couldn't escalate my request even though I had asked for that multiple times now and her best answer was for them to refund me - which from reading here I highly doubt is ever going to come back to me either! I honestly thing that this should be taken to A Current Affair and or the ACCC to have them investigated as they are just scamming all of us and who knows how many. If anyone else feels the same, please put up a post and I will create a group and start the process!

Don't purchase from Millers if you need anything in a hurry. Very affordable but VERY slow.
I purchased online and paid on 9/3/22 and got first response on 16/3 in regards delays and appreciate my patience etc etc. On 20/4/22 (6 weeks later) I called the phone number and was told they will follow up and let me know. Today is the 27/4 (7 weeks later) and my goods have not left AUZ and no end in sight or date that I could expect them. Surely this is not possible ??
This Company Needs to be Brought to Account
After a very brief phone discussion with an actual person at Mosiacs, I decided to give this company one more chance. BIG MISTAKE!!! Order placed on 11th April, today is the 24th April AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER NOR RECEIVED ANY FOLLOW UP EMAILS! Ordered two items from a rival company on the 11th April, order received within 3 days!!
So glad to see A Current Affair did a story on this debacle of a company and can only hope the ACCC take action very soon.

REPORT to ACCC. I have and they are asking for more information as clearly there has been so many complaints.
Enough reports to ACCC and I’m sure they will launch investigation.

Talk with your feet peeps - BOYCOTT ALL THE MOSAIC BRAND ONLINE STORES, MILLERS, KATIES, NONI B, BEME, AUTOGRAPH and the rest....Even the Americans can get their product down to Australia faster than we can get them from NSW, BOYCOTT THE STORES TOO - they'll start feeling the pinch as we do, when we spend our hard earned money on their SCAM. My story is the same as everyone else - I'm done with waiting on them to send my missing item or refund me - I have lodged a formal complaint with ACCC, and would recommend all other AU disgruntled customers do the same - if they withhold the $20 or more from 100 of us, that's $2000.00 they've scammed from the general public. Multiply that by the real number, and we could be talking 10's to 100's of thousands - someone's getting rich while hiding behind automated emails. TALK WITH YOUR FEET PEEPS - BOYCOTT THEM ONLINE AND IN STORE - AND TELL THE ACCC AND FAIR TRADING IN NZ

Don’t buy from Millers online!!!
So bad!!! They charge your credit card immediately and then don’t send the product for weeks and weeks. Millers, please learn from other companies— good business practice is to charge someone’s credit card when you actually pack and ship an order! I couldn’t contact Millers on their ‘customer care’ line because no one answers the phone, and using their online form got me repeated automated email responses. Then when a real person actually wrote me an email it seemed like they hadn’t even read my messages as they didn’t answer my requests but replied with completely unrelated things. Not holding my breath for a refund. :( Can’t blame Covid for this one, Millers, so many other online businesses at this time have much better customer service! Get your act together!

Still waiting on my order from 2 months ago. Never received an order confirmation email or tracking information but money taken from my account. I have forwarded a copy of my order and copy of my bank withdrawal as requested but still no action. Terrible service and no phone contact available.

Millers - A Scam!
Ordered and paid almost $200 last 02 April 2022 and until now no updates nor response from this scammers. I wish I've read the reviews here before I paid this scammer. Will now file for refund in PayPal. Stay away from Millers, a scam!
Lack of genuine response tells the truth!
Ordered four sets of queen sheets (two white and two silver) on 20th February 2022 via Paypal. Two sets (white) arrived on 7th March 2022; no silver. Countless emails and phone calls later Staff continue to say the parcel has arrived so take it up with Australia Post. Australia Post did their job - they delivered the parcel. Problem is, TWO SETS OF SHEETS WERE NEVER IN THE PARCEL. We are taking the lack of real response (deliberate I suspect) to Fair Trading as Millers Online was given five weeks to sort out the problem and haven't.

I paced an order 6 weeks ago but 2 items have not been delivered. Their only response to my email queries is an automated ticket response saying they are looking into the matter however 3 weeks on still no actual explanation. In future I will never purchase anything from Millers.

Systematic stealing by Millers or just gross ineptitude?? Reading the other reviews, I hardly need to add my similar story. An order from over 4 months ago has not been fulfilled (half items missing!). Many many phone messages left, (they are always experiencing high demand and can't get to my call today...) Many emails with auto replies, again pleading Covid and overwhelmed. If zero stars were an option they'd get zero, not one! They should be blacklisted or better still closed down as an online store.

This company is getting worse. Keep saying they have sent the parcels but they don't tell you that sure the parcel arrives but has items missing WHEN THEY SEND IT.
just think if 1 item out of 5 parcels is not sent they build up a lot of missing items that people have paid for.
So we are told the parcels have been sent but we are never credited with the items that are missing.
Does someone in the packing department make up the parcels with 1 or 2 items missing.
Ordered 2 items when the parcel arrived there was only one item so yes they can say the parcel was sent and you can track it with Australia Post but they packed the item with only 1 instead of the 2 you ordered.
I waste so much time trying to get replacement items sent. They blame Australia Post and a thousand other excuses but it boils down to THEY DO NOT PUT THE ITEMS YOU ORDERED INTO THE PARCEL WHEN YOU FIRST ORDER.
Then they say they have a record that everything was sent. They are cheating us customers.

I've been waiting for an item since 25th Nov 21. They even tried to tell me that it was delivered. I have now requseted a refund so we'll see what happens there.
I will NEVER shop with them online again. When they were Speciality Fasjhion Group, never a complaint but this new company group has no idea of customer service.
