LOST GENIE X5 H20 PRO STICK…

I purchased a GENIE X5 H20 PRO STICK with MOP on the 17/04/22 And have sent email and phone calls day after day and it is now 3/07/22 and no Vacuum Cleaner just emails how sorry they are we are Aged Pensioners and cannot afford to lose $115.00 this firm is totally hopeless, they are thieves and they do not care about Customers S. Dreadful service from Head Office over double charge

I bought a $100 gift card for my twin’s birthday in May. I only get my bank statement monthly,but fortunately I don’t have much in my account,realised the local store charged me double. The sales lady was lovely,said I was right,as I had receipt and bank statement by then,but she had to contact Head Office. Passed the buck there,they said computer must have gone down,had to go to the bank,as they obviously found it too hard. They submitted a claim,it could take 3 months for me to get a refund. It should have been issued immediately. Will never shop there again. So displeased with Head Office decision and lack of empathy,as I’m only on a partner age pension,and $100 is a lot of money for me to wait that long for .

Poor Customer Service

Ordered online 21 April and only received 2 items from my order. CS team don't read my emails or know my order and finding very frustrating to deal with them. They say it has been delivered but no tracking numbers to back it up. Very frustrated customer who will never shop with them again

Shocking service

I am in NZ, brought online thinking it would come from a NZ store…. Was heading down to Christchurch so ordered some warm clothes 10 days before. A huge mistake. They got despatched 13 days after I ordered and get this, from Australia.
Yes I should of just gone into the store but I had covid and thought this was the way to get my clothes.
Never ever again will I buy from Millers, it even took well over a week to answer my email, and there is no NZ phone number to calll.
Shocking shocking service.

Poor customer service

I visited the Millers store at Westfield Belconnen on 18/6/22 at 1pm. The store was badly presented. Floor was dusty and dirty and clothes looked tired. Mentioned this to the store manager on duty who suggested if I would like to come work for store as a cleaner. Ridiculous way of talking and absolutely uncalled for. The manager requires training in dealing with feedback from customers. This is a shame as I genuinely love shopping at this particular store and my previous has been amazing.

I have ordered 3 items received 1 with no explantion I rang told being sent from different warehouse why send 2 parcel doubling postage business so badly run

I will never shop at Millers again

I bought a new blouse, wore it once and washed it. The collar fell off. When I took it back to the Carindale, the store representative stepped back, put her hands in her back pocket, screwed her top lip at me and said there is nothing I can do with that. Once you remove the tags that's not our concern or problem any more. The instructions advise to wash before use. But it's clearly faulty. Yep nothing I can do. Then she had the gall to say, have a nice day. Condescending and poor customer service.

Worst online customer service ever!

Glad i read these reviews before finally placing an order, but the reason i looked for reviews was due to pathetic customer service when trying to purchase online. I have a credit voucher from Millers but cant use it to purchase online (confirmed by customer service officer i contacted to ask why not working), & EOFY20 offer for $100+ purchase doesnt apply either. They wanted ALL my details just to (they said) followup also on why a gift voucher wouldn’t apply - unsurprisingly no response there either. I really liked the items i was intending to purchase but reading these reviews it’s likely i wont receive them anyway so now wont bother. Ps i rarely leave reviews but service & website purchase process so bad i just had to.

Shameful online service

Such bad online service. Permanently lost me as customer. Received only part of my order and NO TRACKING DETAILS on one part.

Asked for an update and received sarcastic email falsely claiming they couldn't ship that item because I haven't given my address.

Rang up customer service and was told they would follow up on my order and provide tracking details. Waited 2 weeks and still didn't hear back.

Followed up with another email and constantly told to wait, wait, wait.

At end of over month long ordeal all I got was a refund and no apologies. Such an expensive waste of time and energy. Never again. Felt completely disrespected.

“Customer Care” is a joke

“Customer Care” is a joke. Ordered in April. One item arrived, 2nd item didn’t. Tracking link doesn’t work. Multiple emails and logging of tickets. Still no item and only get automatic ‘we’ll get back to’ replies.
Just glad I didn’t order more, not sure I’ll ever see this money back. Hopeless service, would highly recommend avoiding !

Really terrible online service

Really terrible online service. Ordered through Millers NZ. After 2 months I received part of my order and am still waiting for the rest. When I contacted them I was told my order was shipped and delivered. They seem to forget it was only part of my order. I’ve asked several times online through their help desk about my predicament but I keep getting generic emails back telling me how busy they are.
Waste of time and money folks. A request for a refund on non-delivered items fell on deaf ears.

I have place 4 orders• 2 ordered place on 10th April 2022• I have not received any item yet, for the other 2 ordered received few items but it is difficult to contact them फिर refund . Don't waste your money I will no longer waste my money buying ftom Millers

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service! Would not recommend to anybody! I placed an order 5 months ago for two items. I received one item after 3 months which was not the size I ordered (larger size which did not fit), the second item has still not arrived and the customer service ignore all emails. Complete waste of time and money!

Buy in-store, not online...

Do yourselves a favour Ladies, buy in store and NOT online - the whole Noni B Group.

It's the middle of May 2022 and I am still waiting on 2 items from a December 2021 order!! 🥺

And 2 items from a March order.

Have been buying online and in-store for a long time and always had great service, but I think the pandemic has rendered online service as critical.

Disappointing!

I have made several purchases online and each time there’s an issue. If contacted via email you get the typical automated reply, which is of no help whatsoever. My recent order could not be delivered by the courier because of an incorrect/insufficient address. In my opinion your customer service sucks and I will not be making any future purchases. I would’ve rated -0 if there was such a number. I see why many Millers stores are closing there doors. Could that have anything to do with such poor, unreliable service?

I too wish I had read the reviews on dealing with Millers online shopping. Email address seems to have been changed as I was informed it could not be delivered. The phone message said to call back in a few days. I returned three items at a postage cost as the two shops listed on their web site were actually closed, and I made a special journey to return these goods to those shops. So lots of other costs out of pocket along with the price of goods. A lesson learned.
