Two weeks since Australia Post…
Two weeks since Australia Post confirmed my returned clothes in perfect condition were returned to Millers, no refund has been made from Millers. Very disappointing.

I have rang,sent emails,spoke to women on line,been in to a branch and have repeatedly asked for my number to be taken off there list .I must get at least 20 messages regarding Millers.I don't want to be have to keep ringing and sending messages for you to STOP.This is harassment. I have never subscribed to any of your material.But I noticed there is nowhere to unsubscribe anyway.I bought one thing for my mother in law years ago and have been harassed ever since .So I will say it ONE more time STOP.

I was sent a black top incorrectly. size 18.
instead of what I ordered which was in fact a Long Red Dress size 20. How can you get this so mixed up?
I called the customer service number immediately and spoke to a gentleman(sounded Philippine) whom was very hard to understand. I had to ask him to repeat himself. I was told that as it was their mistake I would receive a refund for the dress and also the postage of $10.
When I asked if I had to pay for the return of the incorrectly sent top, I was told that a Return Authority would be sent in an email immediately. I am still waiting.......! Still waiting for refund!
This has put me off buying from Millers ever again.
Millers in Cockburn
Millers in Cockburn, the lady is sooooo rude. I took a pants to my mom as she was in the changing room, the lady saw me n say bring back the other one back. I was a bit taken back, so i took back the other hang in close to the changing room , she say put it back as where it was cozz she is the only person working there and she has so much things to do. She war saying it very rude and harsh. Immediately I just wanna leave the shop. Never wanna buy anything from them.
If she can't work just quit, why wasting her time with that grumpy attitude, just retire.

What went right is more likely? Sent me the wrong order, I sent pics of what was sent, was told it was my fault, told to return it to get refund - I enquired why I couldn't get my items, told I would have to go back online and reorder. How ridiculous. When asked if they cared about the customers - was told NO. Took 3 weeks to get a refund. Sent their crappy items back to them in the biggest box I could find so they would pay 4 x the amount in courier fees - seems only fair. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT BUY ONLINE!!! Oh and if you do - and find yourself in what seems to be a long line of disgruntled customers...make sure you post on FB about how crap they are...they hate that...oh and they are thinking of expanding into the US/UK. Hope they get sued...and by the way MILLERS YOU SUCK!!

I ordered two pairs of bathers 23/08/22, one was delivered, the other wasn't. On the 18/09/22 I registered a query online, I received an automated response. On the 04/10/22 I again wrote to them to follow up my order and received the same automated response. I went into a store instead to purchase the additional bathers and asked for a phone number. Upon calling customer care on the 25/10/22 I was told the good not delivered were not in stock and I would be sent a refund. It has now been two months since my initial order. If I had not found a phone number and called them they would have kept my money. When I noted that during the call it was ignored by the foreign call centre operative. This company shouldn't be able to hold onto peoples hard earnt money for months on end. Refunds should be offered immediately for items not in stock. A national company should also eventually be able to respond with more than an automated message when they are unable to fulfil orders.
I purchased a blouse yesterday
I purchased a blouse yesterday. Got it home and didn't look right on. I took it back to the Millers at Werribee plaza, only to be informed, NO REFUND.The "No refund" is only made obvious AFTER you make the purchase, on your reciept. Certainly knowledge like that would change consumers Will to make any purchase, which would explain why its not apparent instore.
At NO time ever was I informed by the store of this policy. I will telling everyone DO NOT shop at Millers
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MILLERS
I have been a customer for many many years & have been completely satisfied with clothing. HOWEVER, I placed online order on 26/9/2022 for 4 Millers crop length garment died tie hem pants.
Received parcel & on opening same I had 3 crop pants size 10 & 4th pants in beige were not included BUT replaced with product number 2001079 volume placement print top magneta colour bright flowers, size 18. Amount of time I have spent in phone calls & emails to be told I would have to send item back to them plus produce a photo of blouse received & forward it to them before anything could be done. Absolutely furious, as they would not send correct item of crop pants ( of which they had been fully paid for ) until they received said item back. I said I refused to pay for postage as it was not my mistake & I was then emailed a parcel return postage sticker at their cost. Material in these crop pants is disgusting price was $55-00 per each pants which were on sale for $33-00. Other articles I have purchased from Millers recently, material after one wear looks like I have slept in them & quality of sewing leaves much to be desired i.e. cotton left hanging from seams & waist bands.

If I could give no stars I would. I have been ordering online from Millers for many years and have spent a great deal of money over the years. Recently I only received part of my online order and when I called I was told that the missing item was now in stock and would be sent out to me ASAP. I waited a full week and called again only to be told that the item was not in stock on the date I ordered it and even though it was in stock now, they would not send it to me and offered me a refund and told me to reorder it. Of course this would incur a $10 shipping fee. As I was waiting on 4 orders to be shipped I asked them to include my jacket in one of those orders but told no it was not possible. I was offered a refund on the jacket and free shipping on my next order. Absolutely disgusting way to treat a long time, loyal customer.

If I could give a zero I would. I wish I found this review site before ordering a product from this site. They will not give a refund on faulty goods. I will never ever order from them again. Miller's Terrible Service

They don't read emails or attachments, they just send generic messages saying whatehouse can't confirm delivery, regardless with having been provided that information 3 times now. Worse service ever. DON'T ORDER

The no refund is because of Covid, we were told..but they will let you exchange the item and If you cant find a garment equivalent in price..they are happy to take more off you and keep the difference if its cheaper? What a gip. Sounds more like greed than Covid Millers.

I’m still missing items from orders that were placed LAST YEAR December. The service is absolutely disgusting and they have literally taken my money and not sent out half the goods or issued a refund and when I email them I just get automated email back. I’ve been more than patient but enough is enough.
And the few goods they did send out (2-3 months later) had rips at the seams and are of poor quality. I am so appalled.
I will be contacting fair trading Australian about this.

Purchased online, have only received half of order.
Needed to change size on an item. Whilst their exchange policy states that you can exchange instore, didn't want a refund, staff are reluctant to do so, even though they have the size I needed. Very frustrating.
failure to honour word/issue refund
sales person said i could receive a refund if i had to return items, as i had specifically asked, when i went to return was told not eligible for refund. who can you now trust. sent details to customer care, they did not answer my question. they just say i can receive a credit note.
i dont require a credit note as i SPECIFICALLY asked if i would receive a refund , otherwise would not have purchased. please answer my question & rectify my problem, admonish your sales person & please believe me. I AWAIT A POSITIVE OUTCOME PLEASE
Waiting for 9 Months - Just Excuses
I ordered clothes in November and December 2021.
I am still waiting for 1 item from the November order and 3 items from the December order.
I also received one item ripped down the sides which they have yet to replace.
Millers has the worst customer experience I have ever had. I was once a loyal customer but no more. How can you justify this? 9 months and still just excuses that your deliveries are behind. For 9 months??? Yet you still bombard my inbox daily with new offers This is plain and Simple THEFT!
Contact Fair Trading if you want a refund
They took my money but did not deliver. Items had supposedly left warehouse but no sign of them months later. Made several phone calls, sent several emails, asked for refund. All I got where excuses, promises and no refund. Finally I contacted Fair Trading and very quickly I was refunded. I suggest you all do the same.
