I was so excited about a deal I saw online with Miller's clothing! However I didn't receive the deal it was like 299 for some dresses it caught my eye. I guess they say if it's too good to be true then it is. Miller did send me however an update seeing my clothes were coming. However instead of the five outfits I found out I only paid for one. Because the deal was not true I received one outfit for $299 and had to pay shipping $12.99 which made my order be $16.99. also paid a dollar extra for a guarantee guarantee. However that was over a month ago and I haven't received any updates even though I gave them two notices asking where was my shipment. I believe that this is a scam just think about how many people they can get their money and just walk away with it!

I purchased online, a King single fitted sheet set, which took 3 weeks to arrive, when it did arrive one of the corners of the fitted sheet was torn, lodge a compliant. still waiting for a reply after a week. I see by other reviews I am wasting my time.

I bought an air fryer online at the end of January 2022. In November same year started to have problems and not working properly. I filed a warranty claim through to Millers online form on the 15th of December without receiving any acknowledge receipt. I re-submitted the claim on the 19th of December again with no acknowledge on their behalf. I ended up calling the customer service which like many other company is sourced in Philippines. I already knew this would have been an ordeal and a battle just for a simple claim. In fact it was, after providing pictures of the item and serial number, a video of the faults and numerous back and forth emails they managed to send a replacement item in February. The item they sent was an other faulty item which didn’t turn on at all. I contacted millers again and re-sent pictures, videos and serial number of the new faulty item. Initially they said they would have sent a replacement item but then stated that because my warranty was expired they couldn’t. I stated the fact that the warranty wasn’t fulfilled at all because they sent a faulty item as replacement but they didn’t care. Well, instead of keeping to waste my time and file a complaint with ACCC I’ll leave a one star review on any possible website. They deserved it. Philippinos customer service behave the same in any company, they just work like robots and don’t adapt to situations or take initiative, just useless. Definitely Millers Online wont see a single dollar from me ever again.

It's strange I have to go all the way to Google to find one rating. A reputable company would have had it on their site. That was the first red flag. The next flag was that they had all my sizes and in everything! The third is their website sucks if you click on tops they give you nightgowns you click on nightgowns they give you dresses, not organized at all. You should be scared to order from this site. Glad Ii knew better to do my research. What's the oak cliche if it sounds too good to be true..

Absolutely disgusting behavior from staff at the edwardstown Millers store in adelaide!!!
I went in to purchase a couple of dresses for my 81year old mum. I asked Anna,(who by the way looked as if she had just got off a fishing boat),
a question about the dresses i received a one word answer then she walked away!
The other customer in store with me looked at me and raised her eyebrows with disgust as well. I then asked if we could return to exchange for a bigger size and Anna said “yes exchange or store credit” So with that I sent My 81 year old mum in this morning while I was at work to exchange for a bigger size… The store manager Sharon was just as unpleasant she did a huge rant at my mother, telling mum “no can’t do that “ “not the policy we are so sick of this!!!”
It’s not my mother’s fault that they are disgruntled with their employer. Unfortunately it seems that it is a culture at this store,
to be disrespectful rude and revolting to not just customers in general but to the elderly ladies that, now will no longer shop at Millers Edwardstown,
I think Anna and Sharon could do with some customer service training. Oh and could use some advice in personal hygiene and how to dress when working in a dress shop!!!!

Bad experience with Millers online👎 Bought my husband shirt last month already a month now since and it hasnt arrived yet he supposed to wear this for our xmas photos now it wont happen☹️ Been contacting Millers many times for updates but only been giving me international tracking number from APP and cant tracked it sooo dissapointing i wish i havent bought from them. I rang them few times but they cant help me tracked my parcel.

If only I’d read the online reviews. I placed an order online for Christmas presents 28/11/2022. The order took over 10 days to be dispatched. Australia post then advised through the tracking APP that my parcel has been returned to Millers. I have now called 4 times (don’t press 1 and ask for a call back, because they don’t call back). Have been promised that they would call me back to advise what has occurred. Surprise surprise… no call back. I have a second order that has been dispatched, and will not be surprised if the same occurs. I went into a store and they advised that the distribution centre don’t even take their calls and people are waiting up to 8 months for a refund!!! First thing Monday, I am calling the ACCC and lodging a formal complaint. This is a Scam!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!

After reading all these comments I am terrified. I have never shopped online and this is the first time and last time. I wanted the clothing before Christmas as Christmas presents. I bought from Jeans West and Millers. I rang them today and I got someone in the Philippines. He told me that there is no way I can get store credit or a refund and that I must now wait another five business days and then ring again. This is absolutely poor customer service. Nowhere do they tell you this on their webpage. As an aged pensioner I will not have Christmas presents. I have lost over $300. This is just unlawful and very poor business practice.

I purchased 2 cardigans both of which I thought were the same size, when I got home I realized one of the cardigans was way too big. It took me 4 working days to bring it back to the store where I was told they would give me an exchange or a store credit. I wanted a refund and they flat out refused stating that in February they changed their policy and they no longer give a refund. I mentioned to the assistant that it was in breach of consumer law, she said there was nothing she could do. I asked for the manager who also said it was their policy and they do not give refunds so I said ok, I will exchange for a smaller size of which she said Oh we don't have that one in a smaller size, I said so I would like a refund please again I was refused. I called the Dept of Fair Trading where the lovely lady told me that they are indeed in breach of consumer law as the item is not fit for purpose. I went back into the store and advised I spoke with the Dept of Fair Trading and the store manager pointed to an email address and said, you need to email them for a refund. I sent an email to them and their response was that they are not in breach of Consumer Law and the returns/refunds are clearly stated on the receipt, I responded to them immediately and asked for them to show me where they are not in breach and as I must be interpreting the law wrong - I am still waiting for a response. I will NEVER ever purchase anything from Rockmans, Millers or anyone associated with this company. I told the store manager that she really should have a sign that states that ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no refunds will be given. Off course they would never put that up as that is also in breach of Australian Consumer Law. If I could give this company a 0 I would. I will be submitting a complaint through to the Department of Fair Trading. Shame on you Millers, Shame on you.

The lies that Albert, Sheila & Jocelyn have told me over the last month is SHOCKING, I placed an order online on the 12/11/22 & today the 7/12/22 it still has not been despatched let alone the tracking number they provided does NOT exist, I have tried & tried to get my money back but the liars keep saying they are waiting for a 3rd party (what BS) - I have again today requested a refund of $232.00 to no avail. I'm never going to buy or recommend to anyone ever that they use this place (Millers Australia online service) to buy from ever !! they are "THIEVES WORSE THAN SCAMMERS" but this lot hide using the BS they are trained to use & get away with it. I have asked to speak with a manager but they just waffle on & they this "customer services team are based in the Phillipines because I asked what county they were in !!!
