Appalling returns policy

Appalling returns policy, customer service can barely speak English. Paid $15 for a returns label only to be told I won’t receive it - by e mail, for 24 hours. When I’ve returned it I then have to phone them when THEY receive it, to organise a refund. Could sending back a pair of ill fitting trousers be any more complex? Will never shop with millers online again

Rude ignorant entitled staff lack customer service skills

Only shipped at the Werribee store as it's the only store near me
Disgraceful customer service by the Asian & Australian woman standing behind the counter discussing rosters. Not one word, no greeting or acknowledgement even when I passed the counter twice.
Asian lady served me not one word until I asked her how much an item was & then said "Do you want a bag"
NO thank you, no goodbye. Rude ignorant staff. This store is a disgrace to the brand of old. Wouldn't shop here unless I had no other choice.
Pathetic lack of service.

Millers online - do not buy

Bought luggage from millers online. The third party supplier millers used was bdirect. Order came with package ripped, bag had marks on it. No correspondence from millers/bdirect to say when the order is coming. They used Australia post. No invoice received. Luggage just dumped under a tree near the letter box. If I could rate 0, I would. Will not be buying from millers at all.

ran out of sizes at one store asked to check another store for me- sales person said they don't have a system of checking stock at other stores- she did not offer to call for me- went home checked the number -number incorrect on website & on Google "do not work' at all- called customer service which is O/seas people who only apologise and cannot help and won't allow you to speak with their supervisor- called another store and they too gave me another number for Oakleigh store (3 numbers now) and that does not answer at all at 3pm in the afternoon- Shocking disgraceful service archaic systems that don't funtion except to take your $$$- Dont shop at Millers Ever

I cannot buy a size 24 item for the same price as smaller items. In your sale smaller size items are $20, and size 24 items are $25. In addition, the range of choices for size 24 items is unappealing; suggesting that people of larger size must have terrible taste and not at all be interested in stylish fashion. I wonder if you guys really are concerned by this?

Online has no way to contact them

Online has no way to contact them. I love their clothes and in store but they don’t have afterpay in store so I have buy online but there is no way to contact them. I have messages about an order in 2021 on Facebook that they never have opened and looked at let alone got back to me. It’s ridiculous.

Millers has lost this customer.

On 12 0ctober 2023, I visited Millers Mt Ommaney to buy a dress for a special event. I found a lovely dress, a shirt and 2 pairs of pants. When leaving the shop I saw that I was overcharged for two pair of pants. I queried it and the employee reimbursed me straight away. I got home and read the wash instructions of the items I bought. I used a delicate wash cycle and washed them as per label instructions. Upon removing the dress from the washing machine,I noticed that stitching had pulled out in the front of the dress and there was a hole developing. With the one pair of pants there were tears at the back near the the pocket. I contacted Millers via email to make a complaint. Got an email back with a number for my query and nothing more since. I have spent heaps of money at Millers and loved most of their clothing for many years. However, the quality of their clothes are not like they used to be years ago and their customer service is atrocious. No thanks to Millers, I did not have enough time to get back to the Mt Ommaney branch to exchange the dress as I live far away and cannot always travel due to health issues. Thanks for spoiling my special event Millers. Shame on you for mistreating your customers and staff. Will be making a complaint to the Office of Fair Trading Ombudsman. Maybe all customers with complaints should do the same.

This doesn't even deserve any stars it's that bad.....
I ordered 2 tops - same style / different colours. After 2 weeks ONE arrived, & the label on the package said it was "1 of 1". ....
Opened it to find a top with LARGE DIRTY MARKS BOTH FRONT & BACK.....& NO LABELS on this top WHATSOEVER. - No size label / no brand label / no "new clothing item" type label....NONE.
To say I'm upset is an understatement.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Returned 2 articles I had purchased

Returned 2 articles I had purchased, when washed they shrank. When I returned them, I was told I couldn't get a refund, only store credit. I didn't want a store credit, I want my money back. Clothes are not of good quality. I was under the belief by law they had to give you money back, obviously not. Now I have a credit I don't even want.

Where did my online invoice go?

I ordered some items online from Millers recently and I am desperately trying to find the e-receipt for proof of purchase to return them, I found nothing from Millers regarding this purchase. Fortunately, I have confirmation of purchase from Afterpay, thank God! I even have an account with Millers which doesn't even show my purchasing them! I don't know how someone is meant to return something of which there is no record of.

I went into a millers store today and…

I went into a millers store today and was shocked with the customer service I received. I received a top from my mother in-law for my birthday and being over 70 took the tags off to give to me. It’s too small and basically the store employee told me too bad you own it now. I have all receipts and the tag (which they do have machines to put back on) but was still told too bad. I replied that I would never shop there again and I will make sure that anyone I know doesn’t shop there and she replied oh well. Not a happy customer!!!!

Contacted Noni B H.Q the owners of Millers asking why no one responded to all the bad review Millers are getting. Surprise no response !!!!!
Obviously this company does not have a customer service dept or if it does whoever runs it does not deserve their salary as they are not doing the job they are paid for

I wish I had read the reviews first. They haven't a clue!! I have sent 2 emails and they respond but do not answer my question. They also gave me false information and i've still not received my package. DO NOT buy online

Bad attitude from the manager

I wanted to write about the store managers customer service as I visited the store twice recently and I see the same lady at the checkout. She is one of the very rude women I met since I have been a customer of millers store. She had a no greetings and no customer services manners whatsoever. I purchased a black cardigan today around 11am 8th June 2023. I am very unhappy with her body language and the way she dealt me when I gave a $5 vouchar from millers and it had to be used only on full price items. I am very unhappy today.

I never received my package!

I place an order and never received my order then they gonna say check to make sure I can get deliveries. I get deliveries from everyone else. When I asked for my money back they gonna say we can only give you 60% of what you paid but I didn't pay 60% for your clothes.

I ordered a click and collect from…PayPal is my preferred way of shopping!

I ordered a click and collect from Millers. The said they had the stock in store. Turns out they didn't have it and they sent it to me from the Wearhouse. Thanks, but I wanted them last week! The top was great, but the pants were huge and no good. I took they back for a refund. No sorry you paid by PayPal! I said OK ill make a exchange and find something else. No, you can't as you paid by PayPal. First and last order from Millers for me....
