Absolutely gorgeous jewellery, I bought 2 of the waterproof bangles and got some free earrings.....I am sooooo happy with them. They arrived promptly in beautiful packaging.

Everything about my experience with Milly Grace has been wonderful, ordering was easy and free hoops were a great bonus - when I received them I was so impressed by how luxe they feel and how light and comfortable they are to wear that I contacted the team directly to ask for further advice and I was responded to within hours with so much help and friendliness I am so impressed! The personal card included in my first order was also a lovely touch. I can’t wait to get more items from this wonderful business. So happy I have discovered them! 10/10!!

I purchased a necklace from Milly Grace 5 years ago and have worn it to death. I saw they had sold one of this necklace in their most recent sample sale and was gutted to have missed out on the piece as it has been discontinued. I contacted Milly Grace customer care and asked if they happened to have any spare that I could purchase to replace my necklace of 5 years. Aimee immediately got back to me and found me a replacement and had this shipped to me very promptly. I really appreciated Aimee going above and beyond to locate this spare for me. I have ordered a few times from Milly Grace, not just for me but for gifts for family and friends too. The jewellery is really lovely, well packaged and is delivered quickly. I recently re-ordered a pair of earrings in a panic as I thought I had lost one. A little while later I found the earring and sent an email requested to cancel my order, I was responded to very quickly and it was no bother at all for them to cancel it. Great customer service! Not a lot of companies would happily cancel and refund an order after you've placed it so it was really lovely that this wasn't a problem for them.

I’ve loved their jewellery for a long time so jumped at the opportunity to grab something in sale. Unfortunately when my necklace arrived it had a slight bend in one of the links. I contacted them and they were super quick to resolve the issue. I spoke to Aimee the whole time who was professional and kind and happy to answer any questions I had. I actually added the matching bracelet to the delivery with my replacement necklace and can’t wait for them to arrive.

Ordered the gold cuff earring. I wasn’t sure if it would fit my ear very well but I was pleasantly surprised. It looks great and I love it. Delivery was quick too. I will definitely order another one.

Have been wearing two of necklaces everyday now for nearly a year and they're still looking as good as new. Milly grace has also become my go to earrings. Looking forward to adding to my collection.

Really good communication when contacting them with issues. Does make buyer pay for returns postage and postage on any exchanges. Understand they’re a small business but did become quite expensive. Really beautiful jewellery and would buy again.
