Milly Grace Avis 

I ordered a pair of Huggies and got a free pair of hoops. When the Huggies arrived one of them wouldn’t close. It looked slightly defective. I contacted customer service and they asked for a photo and then quickly sent me a brand new pair. I’m really happy with them and with how I was treated.

I never usually leave reviews but the customer service is amazing so I just had to leave one. I’ve never ordered anything from Milly Grace before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. There was unfortunately a slight delay with one of the products I ordered so I emailed customer service, who responded the same day, wow! I spoke to a lovely lady called Aimee and she dealt with the situation amazingly and communicated throughout the process to keep me updated. I’ve now received part of my order and absolutely love the jewellery! I can’t wait to receive the final item and I’ll be back to place future orders. This is what excellent customer service looks like. Please support this small business. They are amazing!

Saw an ad for Milly Grace and decided to make a first order of some necklaces and hoop earrings. There was a small issue with one of the pieces and the response from Aimee in Customer Service was incredible. I felt really valued and looked after as a first time customer and it would definitely encourage me to purchase from Milly Grace again. Thank you!

My first order from Milly Grace has just arrived, complete with a free pair of earrings. Everything appears to be well made and the huggies are very comfortable to wear. Excellent delivery time - dispatched the same day that I ordered. Looking forward to wearing them long term - I suspect this might not be my last order!!

I have purchased multiple items from Milly Grace in both gold and silver for myself and as gifts and all the items are beautiful, well made and look lovely on. I have sensitive ears and react to nickel, but haven't had any discomfort or issues with the earrings or any of the other jewellery. I recently had a small issue with one of my items, Aimee was extremely helpful and responded promptly, politely and was most helpful. I will definitely be purchasing more for myself and others.

Have received a message asking how my products were that were delivered 5 days ago, but I haven't received my goods and it's been 10 days since I placed my order.
So far, no good.

I only give 4 stars because I bought some beautiful earrings which arrived quickly and they are beautiful but unfortunately my skin reacts to them. However their customer service team (mentioning Aimee who I spoke with) responded to me within 24 hours of me contacting them to explain this. They are now sending me a necklace because of this. They have been incredibly helpful and responsive. I couldn’t fault them really. I look forward to buying more pieces in the future x

My order was shipped almost straight away and I was kept informed throughout the process. Unfortunately Royal Mail did not deliver my package but marked the package as delivered.
I contacted Milly Grace and the costumer Service was fantastic. Not only did they dispatch my order again, they also fast tracked it. The communication was prompt, Professional and empathetic. I will definitely be making more orders through out the year for up and coming birthdays and celebrations. 5*’s to Milly Grace x

I bought some small Huggy hoop earrings just before Christmas, for myself. I bought them in the hope that I could wear silver coloured earrings if they were stainless steel. I also got a free set of gold coloured hoops. They are fabulous, I can leave them in !! I’ve not taken them out since the beginning of December, when I bout them and it’s now February. They clearly stated that they were stainless steel. I see one reviewer said they didn’t know this. I am allergic to silver earrings and my ears go red, burn and itch after only a couple of hours. These earrings have exceeded my expectations. ( Bought through IG as Harley the Greyhound) Thank you Milly & Grace

Absolutely love this brand! I’ve owned several pairs of their earrings over the past few years and always have a pair in — they hold up brilliantly.

The fact that I can wear them to the gym, in the shower, and even swimming is such a game changer. As a busy mom, it’s one less thing I have to think about.

The company is brilliant the jewellery is lovely and unique, abought a necklace but the clasp was working properly so as they didn't make the one I had anymore they let me keep it and pick anything I wanted for no extra charge I will buy again they are trust worthy 👍

I have been buying my silver jewellery from Milly Grace since 2019 where I discovered them due to the gorgeous giraffe huggies. Almost every earring in my ears is a milly grace piece, (I have 9 ear piercings) . I decided to look at the website, added a few items to my basket noting how expensive they had become, even in the sale, only to notice that the silver items, despite being called silver are actually all just stainless steel!! It's a good job I checked the materials tab.

These are ridiculous prices for stainless steel! All I can assume is that businesses is poor and they've had to cut costs, trying to sell the cheap nasty jewellery as tarnish free! News flash, silver rarely tarnishes, and if it did you just clean it with a silver polishing cloth.

I make hammered silver jewellery I know how much it costs, even if theirs was silver, it's overpriced. There is no excuse trying to trick people by labelling jewellery as silver when it is not!

Avoid! Such a shame.

Incredible customer service! My Order was meant to be delivered on a Monday and by Thursday nothing had turned up. I emailed the team to see if there was a way they could track my order on their side as it had just been sat in the sorting office from what I can see. They were straight on it and gave me an update that it should be with me the following day - if it wasn’t I should contact again. Low and behold the package still didn’t arrive. Aimee helped tremendously and my earrings finally came by the following Monday; everything was perfect.

This kind of service makes a customer want to come back! I know this won’t be the last time I order thats for sure - thank you for having such a wonderful team!

Wonderful company with beautiful jewellery and fantastic customer service - I had an order issue which they resolved immediately and ensured I got the jewellery I love. It feels like a company that not only has very high quality products but also run by people who are genuinely caring and keen to ensure you have the best experience! Fantastic company with excellent customer service and beautiful jewellery. I wanted to exchange something (not because I didn't love it but because I was bought two of the same item) and this whole process was made much easier by excellent communication with the team, they were so helpful. I am excited to receive my exchange pieces, highly recommend this company if you are looking for affordable but high quality jewellery.

I ordered a matching necklace and bracelet which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately although it was very pretty it was not quite right for me. I sent this back it did take 10 days before I received my refund but having emailed them asking what has happened they found out it went to the wrong warehouse ( may I add not my fault the post office put the label on ) anyhow once they found this I was paid my refund the same day so I would recommend using this site they have some lovely jewellery and really good service
