Super customer service, i purchased some nicotine that arrived and i wasn't able to mix it up right. Jay at the customer servie team with mister vape walked me through the mix, sent me a calculator and made sure my mix was dead correct. So happy with the outcome of my mix and the service was just incredible

I ordered a 1 litre bottle of base mixc, from mister vape, and i very impressed with the service, the website was very easy to naviaget and locate the product i needed. the ordering process was really easy.

I received updates from the time i ordered to the time it was delivered, it was delivered by evri, which usually i hate, but it arrived within 2 days.

The quality of the base mix is really good, exactly what i was expecting. actually if not better.

What stood out for me was the fast and easy process of my order. everything just felt very smooth to do. They have defo earned a 5 star review from me.

I would like to thank the team at mistervape for helping me through my order. I had trouble with my order because i ordered the wrong pods for the wrong kit i purchased.

When i contacted mister vapes customer service team, they were so helpful in helping me sort out the mess i caused by myself.

They accepted my return and replaced them with the pods that should have purchased with my kit.

The pods i should have purchased were £3 more, but they didn't ask for any payment, they just said don't worry, it's on us.

Really happy i've received my full order completely, al be it that it was my fault when ordering.

I'm new to vaping and ddidn't know that vaping was quite as techincal as this.

I ordered 2 items on the 15/10/25 but only one of them was sent out , 3 emails later and on the 24/10/25 they finally emailed to say they had refunded £16.99 which I still haven't received . The email states 10 working days and could be a further 14 depending on the bank REALLY !!! in this day an age a refund should not take that long especially for a product they had no intention of sending . I think the next step has to be a charge back , and possibly Trading Standards I get its only a small refund but it's the principal . I'm not being had over by a company that I have put trust in to purchase from . I would never recommend this company to anyone plenty more Vape stores that do actually care about their customers

I've ordered Molicell P45B 45A batteries and i received Fogstar 10A batteries! Sent them back and waiting for a refund... Not a pleasant experience
