Disingenuous company
I bought 2 supposedly "pristine white" salt lamps. When they arrived they were unpleasantly grey. I complaint to Mix.co.uk but despite several email exchanges and photographic evidence, they refused to refund me and claimed that I ordered a salt lamp and that's what I got and colour is a matter of personal interpretation.
Eventually, I had to involve my bank via a chargeback request to get my money back.
Beware, what they show you may not be what you'll get!
Three disgusting dresses received not what I ordered.
I ordered three dresses that were supposed to be embroidered and quite nice material. What I received was cheap non embroidered horrible material that was nothing like the dresses that were advertised. Disgusting.

Surprised but Happy.
I ordered a child's quad bike Thursday. Then I looked up trust pilot and dropped a brick thinking I'd been scammed. Thought to myself I will give them a week before I do anything as I bought through PayPal. Well, Saturday comes and the item has arrived so I am incredibly happy and surprised. I will say the contact number just goes to voicemail and the company is addressed at a meeting office so the vibes are really off. But...I have received my product and in less than 3 working days.
I have ordered a second quad on Friday. Again before I referred to trustpilot. So fingers crossed that will arrive Monday.
I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 mainly due to a lack of communication. I have received no updates regarding delivery in my inbox or phone and it seems you cannot contact the company easily. But the item has been delivered, as promised within 3 days of purchase.

I needed urgent support to correct an order before it was processed, but there has been no response despite repeated attempts. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing, especially when quick communication is essential. If a company provides a phone line, customers should be able to rely on it. Ordered two Arches for a total cost of £400. Given a guaranteed 10 working day delivery timescale. Emailed on Day 8 and had a prompt reply saying it would be answered in 3 days and asking me not to write again else I would go to the back of the queue (smelled a scam at this point). Rang on Day 10 and asked for call within 3 hours else I'd cancel contract. Emailed on Day 10, cancelled contract and asked for refund by 8 Aug. Still awaiting a reply. Luckily I paid by Mastercard so I initiated a chargeback.

UPDATE: Review.io shows 4.9 / 5 feedback rating. I understand that you have to be invited by Mix to leave feedback here. I cannot leave feedback and have not been invited to do so by Mix. I can only assume that only those who are likely to receive a positive feedback are invited to do so. Also, the arches I bought are now not on sale. They are made by Poppy Forge (very high quality UK business) and I question whether Mix decided not to sell the arches or Poppy Forge decided not to supply them.
Failed on all levels
I ordered a garden obelisk from Mix for a birthday gift for my wife and paid £64.89 using Paypal (thank goodness). I received a very authentic invoice by e mail right away. It had an invoice number, my personal details, shipping address, how much I had paid and that I could expect delivery within 7 working days but I feel it was a work of fiction.
After, 11 days I called the number on the invoice. It invited me to leave a message which I did but no reply came. The next day I e mailed and got a rather snotty reply suggesting that if I kept sending messages I could go to the back of the queue; I'd hardly call this good customer service.
I finally contacted Paypal who arranged a refund right away which was in my bank account the next day. Thank you so much Paypal.
Reading other peoples reviews of this company it seems I'm not the only one to have had a raw deal; I'm so disappointed. Like others I wish I'd looked at Trustpilot's reviews before ordering. I will of course do so in future. Thank you Trustpilot

Rang 01156470125 and always get an auto message that no one is available (all during their working hours) so left voice messages as requested on 27, 28 29 July for them to contact me - heard nothing!

Their website still clearly shows that they are in stock and will be delivered within 10 working days, it is now 11 working days and absolutely no sign of it, no tracking number and pretty much zero communication from their customer services

Oh why didn’t I check this site before I ordered a garden arbour from Mix? I have experienced exactly the same problems as most reviewers- a complete inability to gain any information from this company regarding delivery, they don’t reply to e-mails, they don’t call back as promised and Chat has never worked. Fortunately, I ordered with PayPal who have been brilliant at swiftly investigating and providing a full refund. The moral- always use PayPal for large value purchases, avoid Mix like the plague and always check a company on Trustpilot

We ordered a double cocktail station from Mix.co.uk for our business, spending close to £2,000. When it finally arrived, it was completely smashed and bent – an absolute mess. That was just the beginning of the nightmare.
We sent numerous emails requesting a replacement – not a single one was answered. We called and left multiple voicemails, but never got a response. No follow-up, no support, nothing. This company is a complete SCAM.
We were forced to dispute the transaction with our bank, and after TWO MONTHS, Visa thankfully refunded our money.
Avoid Mix.co.uk at all costs. If you have any issue with your order, they will be nowhere to be found. Total lack of customer service and responsibility.

Ordered three items £200 June 24 but never heard anything after initial order auto response. Complete scam. No response to emails/phone calls etc. Do not buy from this company. I claimed a refund from Paypal. Full refund received yesterday 10th July. Paypal are in the process of reviewing their account with them due to the volume of charge backs being requested. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
