Horrible customer service from this…
Horrible customer service from this company. They do not follow through when there are problems with orders. I waited 5 months for them to finally refund my money because a package never arrived even after the owner told me he would send tracking numbers and all that. The owner told me specifically he was going to make it right but didn't follow through on what he said he was going to do. Again horrible customer service, just hope there are no problems with your order cause they don't care at that point, they have your money already.**UPDATE** The reason for posting this message was mainly due to the fact they dropped the ball in the end of all this because the owner did not carry through with what he said,and I have those emails. Before I posted this I was going to show a friend the website and I tried to go to their website and my location is blocked so I am not able to visit their site. I assure you I never once was rude with them, I just got tired of checking back every month for 5 months wondering why I never received a package or tracking number like the owner promised. Unreal how people deal with their wrongdoings, business is not what it use to be.

I had such a great experience buying fragrances my first time I had to buy more a second time and I plan on buying again my only complaints are they are little more pricey than other company’s out there but to be fair I’ve never shopped with other company’s so I don’t know the quality I just know based of prices on websites and only other complaint is that they don’t fully label the bottles I had purchased a Aventus cologne and it only said Aventus I believe they sent the right one just didn’t add cologne to the label , thank you

LIFE CHANGER FOR FRAGRANCE LOVERS!
I’ve been a fragrance lover since ALWAYS but sometimes I just want to try a fragrance before committing to the full bottle, that’s when I found Mixperfume.
Since then I become a usual customer. I buy all my fragrance with them, they’re original samples and have full bottle designer perfumes. I’m amazed that now I can try all of my favorite brands in smaller sizes before adding them to my collection of full bottles, I’m happy. My wallet is happy. This is a 5 stars business for sure.
They also have discovery kits with curated fragrances that I’m happy to discover every month. It’s game changer if you love fragrances as much as I do.

I would like to say, I have a complete change of heart. I posted earlier that I had a problem with a specific perfume because my body chemistry did not match up with the fragrance. I can tell you that I was in touch immediately with the owner Gabriel and he completely changed my overall review about his company and fragrances. I was overwhelmed how he as the owner gave me a different point of view about his business as well as his fragrances. Gabriel is totally a genuine individual that takes his customers at heart. I will be continuing to order new fragrances, and to know if and when there is a problem the owner Gabriel will do everything in his power to rectify and give you and change of heart as well as he did for me. MixPerfume has all sorts of genuine fragrances. You just have to search out and find what best suits you and your body chemistry. Great products for the price!!
