Had issues with delivery but …

I was having an issue with the delivery of one of my favorite perfumes that has been discontinued. After communicating with Maple Prime customer support for 3 days they provided tracking number and suggestions that allowed me to realize that it was the USPS here in my county that due to a new mail carrier and their lack of experience in my neighborhood had returned the package twice and were returning my package to the sender. When I went to my post office to update them on what going on I received my package later that afternoon. My perfume was well packaged and brand new and I am delighted. I will definitely be ordering from Maple Prime again and again. Can’t beat their prices.

If you don’t mind waiting a while

I ordered my cologne on the 1st and they didn’t even create the label and ship until the 15th. They claim if the item isn’t in stock and is back ordered they will notify. My item wasn’t back ordered, it just took them that long. Tracking is currently saying the 20th. This is the states btw not over seas. I could’ve ordered from just about anywhere and it would ship and arrive in less than a week. Had they just been up front from the beginning I wouldn’t be writing this review. So many better options to buy from. Will not use Maple Prime again.

I purchased 2 samples they were 7.5 ml i received an email saying they messed up in they were .003 ml .i have never heard of colognes samples come in that small so I cancel the order when I called someone called me back they must of called me from there house.all I heard was dogs barking I think they ran out of the product and tell me that size because it show out of stock when I went back on they lost my business I have 35 colognes if I like the samples I will purchase the full bottle

Found fragrances to be very affordable, Authentic...and most of all, excellent smelling. Definitely a site to check out. I live in Canada and the deliveries were here in about a weeks time.

100% Authentic & Fast Shipping – Just watch the versions

​"Overall, a solid experience with Maple Prime. My bottle of YSL Y Le Parfum arrived quickly and is 100% authentic, which is the most important thing. My only note is that the website images showed the discontinued 2021 version, but I received the 2025 version instead. If you are hunting for a specific older batch, just be aware the photos might not match the current inventory. That said, the service was great and I will definitely be purchasing from them again!"

Overpriced garbage

Their prices are among the highest for discounters so I would put them at the tail end of sites to order from. I found a Fragrance du Bois Fragrance for a very cheap price and they canceled my order due to a "pricing glitch". I realize no one is in business to lose money but they should honor their mistake. Keep your 10% discount code for your already overpriced discounted goods which still isn't a deal. They suck.

Order 23161985 return

Order 23161985 return! Worst experience of my life, they sent the wrong item, sent a return label and weren't there to receive the package. They claimed they would not refund me until they received the package and the package has been at the post office for about a week and they didn't go pick it up so they (USPS) will return the package back to me to have to request a new label to return it back to them again. If they were a good company they would have gone to their local post office to pick up the package when it wasn't redelivered the next day that is what everybody does. This was a listing error (they listed it as the Intense version and sent me the regular version) they admitted to and I used the return label they provided this is not good customer service this is terrible customer service because they admitted it was their fault to begin with and I have to track their package and tell them to go to the post office to get their item instead of them doing follow-up on their own mistake. I spent about an hour of my time chasing them to refund me and my time is valuable just like everybody else in the world.
