30 mins 1 to 1 revision session with Laura and resources purchased from MME
Our grandson Ollie had a 1 to 1 maths support session with Laura yesterday evening. He commented that the session was really well structured. She covered some of the areas he has been struggling with which he now feels that he understands so much better. He said that she was very a very nice person who was very approachable. She is an excellent teacher. He even said that he would love to attend more 1 to 1 sessions
to look at other topics. I have also purchased the MME revise papers in Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Maths at higher level plus the revision cards. These are all an excellent resource and well worth the money. I especially like the inclusion of exam style questions on the revision cards. Thank you Laura and MME.

It’s wonderful to hear how positive Ollie’s 1 to 1 maths session with Laura was, Jacqueline. We’re so pleased that he found the session well structured and that she was able to focus on the areas he had been struggling with, helping him feel much more confident in his understanding. Hearing that he found her approachable and would love to attend more sessions to cover other topics is fantastic feedback and a real credit to Laura.
It’s also great to know that the higher level MME revise papers in Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Maths, along with the revision cards, have been such a valuable resource. We’re especially pleased that the exam style questions on the revision cards stood out to you, as practising those types of questions can make a real difference in preparation.
Very useful!
I thoroughly enjoyed my 30-minute study session with Laura, who clearly explained factorising and placing coordinates on a grid. I was also surprised to receive free mock test papers at the end of the session, which I hope will prove invaluable.

Thanks MME!
I've used MME multiple times for their revision and predicted papers. Latest purchase was the GCSE Maths predicted papers before my resit in November which arrived quickly, looked so similar to the real exam papers and really helped with my revision. Content in them is really good and replicated the difficulty of the real exams. Got my result last week and I passed!! Thanks MME!

It’s brilliant to hear that you’ve used MME multiple times and found the revision and predicted papers so useful, Amelia. We’re really pleased that your GCSE Maths predicted papers arrived quickly and felt so similar to the real exam, especially with the level of difficulty matching what you faced in the November resit. Hearing that they genuinely supported your revision and helped you achieve a pass is fantastic news, and congratulations on your result.
Disappointing Customer Service and Rigid Refund Policy
I had a very disappointing experience with MME Revise. I was charged £19.99 for a monthly subscription I believed had already been cancelled. As soon as I noticed the charge, I cancelled the subscription immediately and reached out to request a refund, given that the service was no longer needed or used.
Despite explaining the situation clearly and citing relevant UK consumer protection laws, MME Revise repeatedly refused a refund. They pointed to their terms and conditions and insisted the charge was valid, with no consideration for good faith or customer experience. Their final response stated that the matter was closed and they would not engage in further discussion, which felt dismissive and unhelpful.
While I understand the need for terms of service, a more customer-focused and flexible approach would have gone a long way - especially when the subscription was cancelled just one day after renewal with no usage.
I won’t be using MME Revise again and would caution others to double-check their subscription settings carefully - this company won’t accommodate even the most reasonable requests.

Thank you for your review, Hafeez. We’re sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your experience. We appreciate that you contacted us promptly about the charge, and we did review your case in full.
Our subscription terms are clearly outlined at sign-up and throughout the user dashboard, and cancellation must be completed prior to renewal. While we understand your frustration, the subscription remained active until cancelled after the renewal date.
We always aim to treat customer concerns fairly and transparently, and while we were unable to issue a refund on this occasion, your feedback has been noted.
