I had a mild Urinary Tract Infection
I had a mild Urinary Tract Infection. One fully not cleared before I arrived in Spain. It was easy to complete the questionnaire and receive a prescription for a standard antibiotic. When I arrived at the Pharmacy, the Pharmacist said that Spain does not accept prescriptions from outside their healthcare system. I asked for help from Mobidoctor but they never replied… a day later I asked for a refund but they never replied after three attempts, I assume I was scammed. If it matters, I went to the Urgent Care hospital in Granada and they couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. I don’t speak Spanish, but Google Translate helped a lot. I had to show them a picture of my passport, they gave me a cup for a sample. 10 minutes later a Dr saw me and gave me the prescription. Cost was 51 euros for the Dr visit and the test. 1.85 euros for the antibiotics.

I had an excellent experience. A doctor in Spanish hospital said im healthy as a bull even though I told her all my symptoms. With mobidoctor, I had a quick 30 minute consultation, and got my metformin prescription, which lowered my homa ir from 3 to 1.5, and I feel much better, too.

Efficient, fast service
I am living abroad and have not yet managed to find a local english-speaking doctor.
I found Mobidoctor and could book an appointment to be seen within an hour from the comfort of my own home.
Dr Farhat was efficient and understanding, and I was able to collect a prescription from a local pharmacy less than an hour after the appointment.

Helpful second opinion for TRT
I used Mobidoctor for a consultation after being told by a previous online TRT clinic that I wasn’t eligible for ongoing treatment due to a change in their internal guidelines.
The clinician suggested it might be worth a second opinion at a clinic who is able to base eligibility on free testosterone rather than total testosterone, which is how I ended up speaking with a doctor through Mobidoctor.
I used the blood test results I already had from the previous clinic and the doctor was happy to review them and discuss the treatment options. After the consultation they were comfortable prescribing clomiphene for me to try.
I’ve only just received the prescription so I can’t comment on how treatment is going, but the process itself was straightforward and professional and it was helpful to be able to get a second opinion when my case didn’t fit neatly within another clinic’s treatment criteria.

This is the best platform

Not in Switzerland
Great but .... WARNING!!?
If using Mobidoctor in Switzerland, make sure your doctor is from Germany, Switzerland, Austria etc as the Swiss pharmacist could be racist.
Just had a pharmacist refuse a legitimate script because the signing doctor was from Bulgaria. Took 1 hour and a translator to resolve then the pharmacist sidestepped the racist stuff because "oh I was worried you didn't need the medication". Pharmacist are not Medically Practicing Doctors.

I had a call with one of their Doctors online and the consultation was very helpful and professional. I had complications with my prescription at the pharmacy but Chris the co owner was immediately in contact and helped get my prescription, and even offered a refund for the hassle incurred!
