Good reliable company
Website easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for in no time plus useful information about the item. Company were let down by their choice of courier who informed me that there was a delay in delivery so my item didn’t arrive until after the bank holiday even though originally I’d had notification that it was out for delivery 3 days prior. The item is excellent and to date I have had no complaints at all. Would certainly use this company again and recommend to others also

AVOID the experience
i sent my phone back after the phone was faulty with the screen being the major issue and was under the illusion its under warranty and that would be that.. i was then told it was going to cost me 125 for a new screen as suprise suprise it isnt covered by a warranty.. the phone was supposedly an excellent condition with visually i agree but obviously not in excellent condition elsewhere.. my emails are just currently being ignored aswell as being hungup on when i tried to call in terrible customer service wouldnt reccomend this site atall theres so many bettter ones out there AVOID

Upon receiving and inspecting your phone, our technicians confirmed that the screen has sustained internal damage. This type of issue is typically caused by a physical drop or significant pressure being applied to the display. Unfortunately, internal fractures caused by physical impact are classified as accidental damage and are not covered under our standard warranty, which is why a repair fee was quoted.
Regarding your concerns about our communication:
Email Correspondence: Our support team is available Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and our records indicate that we have responded to all of your emails during these hours.
Phone Support: We have looked into your claim regarding being hung up on. Our internal investigation has not found any record of such an occurrence. If you have a specific call reference number or the exact time of the call, please provide it so we can investigate this further with our provider.

seemingly new but not working ok
Phone arrived without box and had no charge at all. Otherwise the condition was as described. However, I've not been able to successfully customised ringtones and alerts (the phone erratically reverts to other sounds with no clear reason. It also changes loudness without any input). I contacted pixel and a phone specialist for help but nothing has changed so it looks like I need to send the phone back. Finally, buying from a reputable UK seller I was under the impression I would get a refurbished UK model, not a Japanese one, with 1 year guarantee not only 90 days as the seller seems to suggest..
