Bought an iPad which was supposed to be…

Bought an iPad which was supposed to be very good condition for my daughter’s birthday for it to come and not charge I tried multiple chargers and plugs/sockets so I emailed them they and told them all this they then told me to try different chargers I sent the iPad back for them to have it over 2 weeks send it back dead and then have the same problem so I emailed them to tell them for them to then tell me to try different chargers as they have done extensive investigations and made sure it is fully working to then look at the iPad battery usage for it to say it hasn’t been charged or used they whole time they have had it, they told me to send it back so they can have another look at it at this point I just want a refund I do not recommend at all

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify the timeline and details regarding your order and the subsequent service provided.

Your device was purchased on February 23 and delivered on February 24. We first received your email regarding a charging issue on March 19. At that time, we requested that you ship the device back to us and confirmed we would reimburse the return postage which was refunded to the provided account.

We received the device on March 25 and sent it to our technicians for repair. We informed you that this process typically takes 1 to 8 working days. However, the return dispatch was delayed due to the Easter holiday and an open inquiry you raised with Klarna. As soon as the Klarna inquiry was closed on April 6, we immediately dispatched the device back to you on April 7, fully inspected with the issue resolved.

Regarding your second return, our technicians have confirmed that the device is working correctly and charging normally with multiple chargers. We have provided you with a video as evidence of this functionality.

Furthermore, you noted that there was no usage or charging log visible when you received the device back. This is because once our team completes testing, the device is reset to factory settings, which automatically clears the battery usage history.

The process was good from start to end still some delays in payment and price negotiation after the price which we get offered but overall it is recommendable for new users

Seller beware
I sent my handset off which was less than 2 years old and had been protected in a case and screen protector from day one. I was quoted £276 and then only to be considerably knocked as they claimed it was scratched etc. After declining their offer they did increase it a little.
On checking their reviews later it appears to be a common practice 🤔

We would like to clarify that, upon receiving your device, our inspection identified visible scratches, which meant it did not meet the condition initially selected (Excellent). Please note that for a device to qualify as Excellent condition, it must not have any visible scratches. In your case, the scratches observed during inspection meant the device did not meet this category, as outlined in the inspection report.

Our valuations are always based on the actual condition of the device at the time of inspection, and we do have photographic evidence available should you wish to review this.

As part of our effort to reach a fair outcome, we initially offered £180, and following further internal review, we increased this to £200 as a goodwill gesture.

We always aim to be transparent and fair in our assessments, and we also take false or misleading claims seriously, as they can unfairly impact our business and reputation.

If you would like to discuss your case further, we would be more than happy to review everything with you and share the supporting details.

I’ve had multiple phones from this…

I’ve had multiple phones from this company that I have bought either for myself or for family as gifts and every time they have been as described, the only issue I have is it says next day delivery, excluding weekends, however it never comes the “next working day” which is annoying but I think is the delivery company they use issue rather than mobile direct themselves

Our records and the photos provided during our communication show that the device sustained significant physical damage to the back glass. As clearly stated in our terms and as explained by our team, physical damage is unfortunately not covered under the 12-month warranty, which is why a full refund could not be authorized.

Despite this, our team tried their absolute best to find a helpful resolution for you. We offered several alternative solutions, including repairing the device at cost or providing a replacement for a small fee of £80 to ensure you still had a functional phone. We are sorry to hear that you chose to decline these offers and decided to repair the device yourself.

Very poor sale tactics

Very poor sale tactics. Was quoted £240 when i sent it in was offered £97 as apparently scratched but they refused to send photo of this. Item was in mint condition when i sent it. They make high offer to get you to send phone in then try anything to lower the price.

Upon receiving and inspecting your device, it did not meet this criteria. The inspection report of your Apple iPhone 14 Plus was shared with you included images clearly showing visible scratches, and based on this, the device was graded under the Very Good condition category.

Please also note that the initial valuation for your device, based on its condition and current market value, was between £145 and £172. However, as a gesture of goodwill and to maintain a positive experience, we increased our offer to £200, which was accepted.

avoid this company at all costs, sent them a brand new iphone 17promax to sell, upon recieving my device
the changed their initial offer, and as such asked that my phone be returned,
this shabby company sent my device back with peel and scratches on the phone box, a new phone that i sent to them clean with no scratches or peel on the bod
