A slow response initially but they recovered the situation well.
Initially their response to an issue I had was slow, but to their credit they reached out to me to resolve the problem and all is good now.

The wrong item was sent .... but in hindsight there are less buttons to press so it should work out better ... it hasn't reached the person it is meant for, but keeping fingers crossed..

Seen this advertisement for the step the price was better than I've seen. My daughter has trouble getting out of her door bought this to help her. Nice size without being overly big. Sturdy. Does the job.
