$2200 sales guy told us we will setup account with our account manager. We change our schedule for dispatchers for thay able to answer phones at the time frame thay put in contract. I'm owner of the company Go with Alaina Selby over details. And we tell here what type off calls we expect to receive. And ask to replace my personal number to special tracking number create for modernize.
In 3 days follow up call we find out they send us 5 leads but we received 0 we test our side everything working perfect. Than thay send me recorded leads and first 3 no one answer
Then I'm find out call go to my cellphone. And I'm remember i hawe call thay says SCAM LIKLE And I'm answer to tell (are you crazy to keep calling on Saturday) but find out it’s real people who need plumbing service i’m asking who thay call and what number thay call and it was Antonys plumbing when my dispatch call on that number call go direct to me ( for this phone call they charge me $200).
Alaina do not reply on my second email 4th day.
Also I'm received call where people try reach biggest plumbing company in my area. (looks like thay still calls from other business)

The website led me to believe I would be able to view multiple rough quotes online, and I unchecked every box giving them permission to call me. I got a call within seconds of submitting the form, and it wasn't even for the service I requested information about. I blocked most calls that came in (by the looks of it, it would've been at least eight), but the few that I answered by mistake were all about a service I was never interested in. I never was able to view any pricing information online. Do not trust this company with your contact information unless you want a ton of calls that may or may not be relevant.

Have a contractor

I'll do it myself it's a hell of alot cheaper I'm on a fixed income so I'll take care of it myself

There is no way I could afford any windows. I live on my social security .my double wide is a 1993 and the windows leave alot of cold air in but I still can't afford to pay for any new windows.

As a sales man for a company we signed on for lead generation and was blatantly lied to. We reviewed with them regarding bad leads being refunded and stated that they would credit back for any leads that could confirm as not good leads. It was reviewed 3 times in conversation. Then we started getting bad leads and said they don't offer any credits. Not an honest company.

Range $2300 to 17500?? The range makes the whole exercise useless and is just a drawing to get you talking to their contractors. Not useful

This calculation of cost for siding on homes is great. I wish more sites like this was for everything. Or perhaps there is and I just don't know where to find it. But this helped and I don't have to worry about someone giving me a call for a quote. Not until I am a 100% ready. But this also helps because you can see where contractors or handyman tries to get more money from you. Thank you and I recommend this site.

They have answer all my concerns

It was just an OK estimate that I was not seeking. You advertise looking for customers for free bathroom renovation as advertisement of your company. However, you gained access of my contact information for solicitation for me to finance the project. Stop taking advantage of people, especially Senior Citizens. Please prove me wrong & I will retract this review.

Range way too broad! Also ad said senior citizens get free bathroom remodel which this is not! I want luxury model but at the low end cost under $5,000! Do not want fiberglass but tiling, glass door and shelf, luxury shower head with various water flows and a seat! If can do for under $5000 I’d do it!

At this point all I've done is look at estimates for different types of gutter materials but I found this very useful. Most home improvement places won't even give you a ballpark figure until they come out to the house.

Working directly with manufacture. Expensive but great warranty.

Once you contact Modernize they will harass you with constant phone calls. I even told them to stop calling since I completed the home repair and they STILL call! You'd do better to find a contractor on your own. I've reported them to the BBB.

If this is legitimate than it goes with some previous estimates BUT no other personal info will be given , helpful , listen ti me and HEARD me.

The site offers prices for 3 tab shingles. These are no longer 'up to code' in Nevada. 4 tab are minimum required and are more expensive, therefor your estimator is worthless.

What's important to know is that you have options,by getting quotes from different contractors so you can choose the best one for you .and your budget

I am interested in finding out on an older wood framed home that did not have the tyvek or other ways to waterproof when it was built and had stucco leaks causing some damage under a few windows where studs and wood needs replaced. Which is the proper order to get repairs 1. Do wood repair first? then Stucco #2 and windows 3rd or ??? I am ready to go but the price bid process was a joke $7.5K to $30K for the same windows? If you have someone that is more in the $12 to $15 range for 6 windows and I am not sure what a slider should go for but I am thinking $1500 to $2000 I am ready to go. I do not want phone calls as we have a very ill person I'm taking care of and prefer email. Thank you.
