Great customer service
Received my order quickly and kept up to date, wrong sized T shirt received contacted company by email received prompt reply to apologise with discount code to compensate cost of returning item, on receipt of returned item sent out the required size. First class customer service with a small issue quickly resolved! Highly recommend!

Was a bit hesitant at first as thought it was a blag site and would get scammed but I Ordered a top a while back and couldn’t have asked for a better service, great customer service, great delivery very quick and great quality clothes would recommend to anyone

ModeTrendz only gets in the best of the best, for a reasonable price. They’ve never once messed up my orders and if you have any queries beforehand you can openly message them on instagram and they will get back to you in a moderate time. All their deliveries are tracked and sent through DHL, unlike other companies who use unreliable services like Evri. Most of my clothing is from them and I can only say it’s the next best place to shop!

Sorry to hear about this, please read our statement below to re-evaluate your 1 star review.
The order was placed on Friday 08 September 12:04 , The parcel then was collected from our warehouse at 16:18 on Friday 08 September.
Due to DPD not delivering in your area on a weekend the parcel was delivered on Monday 11th September at 14:41. We pay the price of next day delivery with DPD (same as you).
If you Check the tracking it clearly states this was picked up from us on Friday 08 September. Once DPD collect the parcel it is out of our hands.
We feel the 1 star review is very harsh to us as this is to do with DPD not fulfilling the agreement we have with them, we hope you can think on this and change the review.
