Excellent quality product and a fantastic customer service from Ian and the team. After losing some of the screws before putting up one of the chairs they were extremely quick to send out a replacement with no questions asked. Great company and would certainly use again.

Amazing customer aftercare service
I bought the Inaya Cream kingsize ottoman lift bed. It’s beautiful to look at, aesthetically very pleasing and the velvet material is of good quality. However it was creaking loudly.
After raising my concerns with the company, I can honestly say their aftercare was the most refreshing and customer centric I have ever experienced. They kindly sent multiple new components, but in the end, they sent me a no quibble full refund which I received within 2 days.
It’s evident this company prides itself on treating customers with respect, and takes greater pride in the quality of their products, which gives me absolute faith to purchase from them again.
A great company, with some lovely products and more importantly, an exemplary customer after care service.

Unfortunately we had an issue…
Unfortunately we had an issue assembling one of the barstools we bought. Having said that the customer service we received was excellent. Communication was second to none and we received a new item by next day delivery.

Easy site to navigate around with a good selection of furniture. I purchased dining chairs and bar stools. They resembled the pictures on the website and I am really pleased with my buys.
Excellent communication around delivery and contact by the delivery team who were very friendly and respectful of my property. I would definitely visit again 😊

Highly recommend this company. They went above and beyond with my order in terms of service. The dispatch and delivery was very fast. Barstools look nice & sturdy
Lets start a delivery, it was superfast. Packaging was secure. Now lets come to barstool, it matches with picture on the website. Assembly is more or less straight forward. Barstool looks nice and posh. Its still too early to comment about quality and stability.

Fast and Efficient service
Good selection, easy to order online and delivery was quick and efficient. Disappointed to find that they needed putting together as they were not cheap items and in my opinion should have been pre-built. The picture instructions were not easy to follow. Quality of item is decent but very expensive. No care instructions with them as to cleaning of seat and backing material which does not zip off???
