Best Crystals from the Best Person
Alicia is absolutely incredible! The entire experience shopping with her was completely stress free and the crystals that arrived were absolutely stunning! They were packaged beautifully and arrived so fast, Alicia was there every step of the way with any questions I had and was so understanding when something came up and I couldn’t pay right away. She’s an incredible human with beautiful crystals! I cannot recommend her enough

What can I say other than WOW!
We wanted custom made rings, and from the start the customer service was excellent. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, size or fit style, but Alicia is so clued up and designed our wedding rings and sent over a mock up drawing. The drawings were great and we proceeded.
Price was really competitive too.
It only took a couple weeks from order to the rings arriving and that was including the royal mail strike delays, it was so much quicker than I expected.
The rings arrived and they are absolutely perfect. The style, the sizing, the fit. They're everything we wanted and more! I cannot recommend highly enough.
After sales is great too. Alicia contacted to ensure everything was perfect.

I ordered n item from moments last week…
I ordered n item from moments last week (Tuesday) for my wife’s birthday on Thursday.
Unfortunately I have had no update or any communication from them since.
I presumed from the ad that they had the item in stock.
Her birthday has now passed and naturally she is disappointed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, we are sorry your are disappointed with the service, our website clearly states that all our jewellery is made to order and we have a processing time of 7-10 working days before your item is shipped. We have not had any contact from you to make us aware that you wanted any update aside from order confirmation or to expedite your order by emailing us which is explained on our shipping page.
