I purchased a dress from Montford & Co with confidence that i could return it if it didn’t fit, based on their guarantee of Easy Returns and full satisfaction. The dress did not fit. It had no tags on it which made me wonder if it had been previously worn. When I followed their instructions to arrange a return, I received an email telling me to mail the dress an address in China and that I would be responsible for all takeoffs and shipping charges. The $50 dress would cost $40 to send to China! I tried reasoning with them but they would not budge. This company appears to be a scam. Their webpage no longer is operating. Perhaps they are operating under a different name. Let the buyer beware! Going forward, I will always check Trustpilot first before buying from a company I’ve never heard of.

Ordered 2 dresses from here in November 2025 for a Christmas party I had coming up.. I ordered the same dress in different sizes. Came to £60 I total. When the dresses came they were cheap looking with cheap tacky material…not worth the £30 each I’d spent on them. So I contacted to seller and requested a return and my money back.. was offered £15 back in cash or money off my next purchase… I refused and said I’ll have the full return.. they said that was fine but I have to pay for tracking on the item which cost me a further £25. I double checked the return address which they confirmed was correct and I sent it back to them in November 2025. 10 months later my parcel has come back to me TODAY!! with a message on it saying “address not found”!!!! Wow would you look at that!! It took 10 months from me sending it back to be told the address basically doesn’t exist!! So I am officially £85 out of pocket and two ‘market stall looking dresses’ that no one in their right mind would buy! Scamming company stay well clear!!!

I needed to replace my bulky old wallet and decided to try this slim bifold. The leather has a great authentic smell right out of the box. Daniel from their team actually followed up to make sure my initials for the embossing were correct before they shipped it out. The card slots were definitely a bit stiff for the first few days, so pulling out my debit card took some wiggling. But it’s already starting to soften up. It barely leaves a print when I keep it in my front jeans pocket.

I ordered this floral summer dress from Montford for a weekend brunch with friends. The fabric is incredibly lightweight and flows really beautifully when you walk. I was worried it might be slightly see-through in the sunlight, but the inner lining actually provides plenty of coverage. The zipper on the side gets a little sticky right at the waistline, so I just have to pull it gently. It's quickly become one of my favorite things to wear when the weather gets warm.

Avoid, retuned awful boots, sat at customs china. 5 months and no refund, just additional postage costs. Avoid avoid avoid

Bought this summer dress for a family gathering we had last weekend. The material is very light and flowy, making it super comfortable for being outside in the heat. It has a nice subtle pattern that doesn't feel overwhelming. It did take a few minutes to figure out exactly how the waist tie is supposed to wrap around, but once i got it, it looked very flattering. Definitely a dress i`ll be reaching for a lot this season.

As this company will ignore valid return requests, you are forced to contact your bank and tell them the item is not as described because it does not match the images before you can get your money bank.

Ensure you do not pay to send the item back, and instead email montford and tell them that the item is available for them to collect or they can provide a pre-paid return label. if the item is not as described this should cover you and bank should refund you.

The item is very low quality, I sent an email 5 days back for refund but no response,

The shirt was cheap and nasty we received an electric blue button up shirt that had white stitching all over it instead of the exact same blue. Follow the return process have not heard anything. No email no reply and yet the goods have returned.
Do not trust this company, would love to give zero star

DO NOT AND I MEAN PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They are a complete scam!!! Ordered a dark green “suit” from them for my partner for a wedding, and let me tell you it came after over a month of ordering it when promised 5-7 working days. AND IT CAME TURQUOISE! BROWN BUTTONS AND WRONG SIZING!!!!! I’m absolutely LIVID with them! We have a wedding soon and funds are now short as we trusted this company!

Het product is oke een paar schoenen alleen de totaal verkeerde maat 4 maten te groot dit heb verschillende malen kenbaar gemaakt om deze te ruilen voor maat 42 totaal geen reactie tot nu toe ook heb ook een voicemail in gesproken jammer is dat.
Nu zit ik met schoenen die te groot zijn.

I received the item on the morning of 24th May but unfortunately the wrong size has been sent. I ordered a medium and the item sent is a large.

Order for a green zip knit jumper.

Montford have not yet responded to rectify the issue even after 5 days of raising the issue via an email to their support email address.

Scam. Avoid at all costs. Poor quality products and to get refund you have to send back to CHINA!

Sizes were all over the place, quality is very disappointing and returns process is shocking, do not by from here unless you are sure you want the items or you will end up seriously out of pocket.

Ordered 2 pair of shoes by mistake ,messaged to cancel 1 pair straight away only to be told it was too late as the order had been processed so I could return one pair when they arrived,one pair arrived no refund for second pair,NO ANSWER TO MY MESSAGES and forget the phone because They just don’t answer ,AVOID AT ALL COSTS…..

Awful customer experience. Barely any communication, still no delivery date in sight and refusing to refund my order even though it hasn’t even had a ‘label created’ yet. Do not shop with this company. Really annoyed I didn’t check trust pilot before placing an order.

Like so many on here, I have ordered items which arrived in the wrong sizes. The quality is also rather appalling, with one shirt in particular feeling incredibly plastic.

I have gotten in touch with them to request a refund, and again like so many others was unsuccessful in this. They have initially responded asking me to provide photos of the items, then promptly blocked my email address and I am now unable to contact them again and I am stuck with unwanted bad quality items that I cannot return. I will be contacting the Consumer Ombudsman.

The most shocking online retailer I have ever purchased from. They pose as a company based in the Netherlands but all returns go to China, and my parcel has been stuck in China customs for almost 3 weeks! I am still waiting for it to be released and my refund to be processed. Never ever again. Don’t buy from this website.

Product arrived within a reasonable timeframe, having shipped from NL, and is of a reasonable quality considering the price paid. However the sizing is off. I ordered a men's size 7 UK, but the product is about 1 inch too long like a size 8 or 8.5 UK. I emailed to request a replacement at midday today, but have yet to receive a response (currently 9pm). Hoping their customer success resolves the matter promptly.
