Florin was the carrier and even though he only spoke German, we were somehow able to communicate and he did a perfect job. Overall, I highly recommend moovick and in the future, I might need them again. It’s a 5⭐️

I used the platform twice. For the second time, I got an offer for moving apartments quickly. The service provider was friendly and proactive. I requested my stuff to stay stored in the van for 5 hours until my new apartment was available. The price for that was very fair. My recommendation is to clarify the task as much as possible from the begening as the provider didn't read all details before providing the first offer. I ensured he understood and updated the task accordingly. Also it is best to follow the platform recommendations by paying the rest of the fees towards the end of the task to ensure that non of the stuff is damaged or sth. Sometimes workers would handle things a bit rough.

I had booked a handyman through Moovick to help finish the renovation of my apartment.
Unfortunately, he ended up doing more harm than good, and I had to send him home. However, he refused to leave my apartment until I paid him, even though the work was poorly done.
I contacted Moovick twice during their opening hours hoping to get help, but received no response. In the end, I had to pay just to get him out of my apartment.
Only seven days later did I finally receive a response from Moovick – stating that they could not refund the 505 euro fee I had paid them, claiming I should have contacted them the same day. When I provided proof that I had in fact contacted them, I never heard back again, despite several follow-ups.
In the meantime, I had to book another handyman to finish the work. He pointed out several mistakes and poorly executed tasks that he had to correct. He did an excellent job, and everything was paid properly – both to Moovick and to him.
Moovick, however, claimed that this was the “wrong course of action” because I should have waited for their response. According to their own terms, they promise a reply within 48 hours – but in an urgent situation, it apparently takes them seven days. And even when you follow their guidelines and provide documentation, they simply ignore you.
Without a doubt, this is the worst service I have ever experienced.
The case has now ended up with my lawyer, as Moovick’s only response is to delay and deny responsibility.
I truly hope Moovick feels ashamed – and I can in no way recommend them.

This is unfortunately not correct.
I have photographic evidence of the work, clearly showing that both the wall and the existing fiberglass covering were damaged. I have also pointed this out to you several times by e-mail – without you ever requesting to see the documentation.
In addition, I have a receipt showing a payment of €505.75 to you, which makes your statement directly untrue. On top of that, I had to pay an additional €300 because the worker refused to leave my apartment, and it was impossible to get in touch with you for assistance in the situation.
It is unfortunate that documentation cannot be submitted via Trustpilot.
Regarding your recommendation to use WhatsApp: perhaps you should consider stating this in your app or on your website, because the number is nowhere to be found. Have you actually tried checking your own app? The chat function does not work, so the only available option is e-mail – which you clearly cannot manage. I can also see that I am not the only customer pointing this out.

I must unfortunately conclude that your platform operates as a facilitator of fraud and undeclared (black market) work. You have neither provided any real compensation nor requested documentation, and your failure to respond to my recent emails clearly shows that you do not care.
You have handled this matter irresponsibly, and at the very least you should refund my €505.75 and then deduct your fee from the €300 that your handyman himself demanded. The fact that you instead deny all responsibility is unacceptable.
Furthermore, your WhatsApp support did not work on either your website or your app, making it impossible to get in touch. It is remarkable that you refer to features in your response that do not even function.
I am fully aware that your competencies in this matter have been inadequate, but I strongly urge you to review both your app and your website so that other customers do not end up in the same situation.
