My telephone conversation with Asif, More2Life representative, today: I found him to be clear, courteous and very helpful with my enquiry.

We are currently a buyer waiting to exchange and cannot do so as the seller is waiting on a redemption policy from More2Life.
This has delayed our sale a month already and we have no time left to wait. We have no timeframe given and no response given from More2Life on time frames.

normally when a client needs a release of funds from their reserve , More2Life say the customer must phone up , but this time i have been included and have actually had to assist with why the funds might be required , and i was as quick as i could be with Lewis 's questions , which actually proved that the lender is careful about what the funds are used for and has the customer actually got an alternative way of achieving what they want .
