Great loafers!
Fantastic! The only loafer I have worn that I haven’t thrown out after a few months. Stylish and comfortable. I felt compelled to leave a review because unlike most other brands they actually try to improve their products over time (or at least their supplier does). I thought the first generation penny loafer was OK but the leather creased easily (looked like it was layers glued together) and the rubber sole was actually only rubber lined, and it started peeling after a while. However, the second generation (grain leather this time) was waaaayy better, hasn’t creased much and the rubber lined sole got switched out for an entirely rubber sole. Keep up the good work, improve the smooth leather too if you haven’t already.

My order arrived with damaged packaging, crushed shoe boxes, and visibly damaged shoes. I sent over 10 clear photos showing the condition, yet they refused to offer a refund or even accept a return. The customer service was nothing but endless back and forth with no accountability and no resolution. It’s unacceptable to treat loyal customers this way. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Shocking customer service!
After wearing the Oxford Captoes just three times, parts of the upper material began to peel off. Instead of replacing the shoes, however, customer service insisted that I take them to a cobbler. Never again!

Ich habe ein Paar MORJAS-Schuhe gekauft und bereits nach etwa 3 Stunden Tragen traten deutliche Gebrauchsspuren und Mängel auf. Für den Preis hatte ich eine deutlich bessere Verarbeitung und Materialqualität erwartet.
Leider gab es seitens des Kundenservice keine kulante Lösung oder Entschädigung. Mir wurden loyalty Punkte angeboten, ich werde dort nie wieder bestellen. Auf meine Anfrage wurde zwar geantwortet, jedoch ohne Entgegenkommen.
Schade, da Design und Optik anfangs überzeugten – aufgrund der Erfahrung werde ich jedoch nicht erneut bestellen.

Beautiful product – but a return policy that leaves customers behind
I ordered a pair of loafers from Morjas for €320. The quality and craftsmanship initially seemed excellent, and I was excited to wear them. Unfortunately, after a few days of light outdoor use, it became clear the shoes didn’t fit my feet properly – despite following their sizing instructions carefully.
I reached out to customer service and explained my situation honestly, making it clear that I had only worn them briefly to determine if they would mold to my foot. The response was polite but very rigid: since the shoes had been worn outside, a return was not possible – no matter how short the wear. They offered a 15% discount on a new pair, later increasing it to 25%.
I even proposed to pay an additional €50 – which would likely have covered their production costs entirely – but that goodwill gesture was also declined. It wasn’t about bending the rules, it was about finding a fair compromise. Instead, the company insisted on sticking to internal policy, citing resale limitations.
What disappointed me most was the clear priority of protecting company policy over true customer satisfaction. For a premium product at this price point, I expected a premium level of service – and that, sadly, was missing. A real shame, because the shoes themselves showed great potential.
I’ve since sold the shoes privately at a loss – and I won’t be purchasing from Morjas again.
If you’re absolutely sure about your size, Morjas might be a good fit. But if not, be prepared to absorb the full cost of a mistake. I personally measured my feet exactly according to their instructions – and the shoes still didn’t fit. Future customers should keep this in mind: whether a half or full size up will work is difficult to predict. It’s a gamble. And if it doesn’t work out, the shoes are lost. And, unfortunately, so is the customer.

Beställde ett par skor som jag tyckte om mycket men var trasiga vid leverans, storleken var slutsåld med så kunde inte få ett par nya vilket är otroligt krångligt.
Dom skriver mycket om hög kvalitét men detta tyder ju på tvärtom när dom inte har en aning vad dom skickar iväg för produkter.

I've bought from these guys twice now and never again.
The first purchase began tearing within 3-4 months of wear. Customer service then tried to suggest I'd put them in a washing machine and then bizarrely backed down. They insisted they'd replace them (why would I want a pair of poorly constructed shoes?). A refund was totally off the table. We finally settled on store credit.
My second purchase was for a pair of loafers. Anyone who wears leather dress shoes will know that sizing is different everywhere, you may need to try multiple sizes to get it right. Morjas charges £25 per return. Pretty shocking in 2024.
