A good costumer service experience.

Scam
The items I purchased did not fit. I tried emailing and calling to get a return and wasn’t successful. I am very disappointed in MotorGenic’s. I don’t recommend that anyone do business with them

Bought a rear differential
Bought a rear differential, advertised for a car, witch turned out not to be for that car, they proceed to email me that three times, and keeps trying to cover up the fact they messed up, by offering higher percentage refunds of the part, and won't cover thier own restocking fee, for thier own mistake

I’m disappointed I’ve not been able to get the parts that I order and I can’t even follow up to see when it’s coming in. He was supposed to be a birthday present. You guys made me look so bad to this day. I have not received it.

Made purchase on 10/28, item says shipped on 10/29. USPS says they never received item from shipper. MotorGenic was contacted and asked for update and asked me to wait 5 days. After six more days of waiting, there is no update. And no response from MotorGenic.
It should not take three weeks for a small package to ship from New Jersey to Tennessee.
I will be contacting my credit card company to initiate a charge back

Do not trust this company
Ordered a grill for my 2013 Mercedes and these people never shipped it and I said I’m done with the excuses and want my money back they decided to completely ghost me. Do not trust this company.

Motorgenics never shipped the part for…
Motorgenics never shipped the part for two weeks until I notified them the tracking information said package had not been turned over to Postal Service. After notifying part finally arrived 2 1/2 weeks after part was originally ordered mechanic was delayed in repairing vehicle.
