Well im still waiting for my part , sothats a big problem! Especially when i called to find out about it and then you replied in a text asking me if 5% discount would be ok, and when i said not really because ineed my truck because thats my only vehicle for work and personal. I never heatd anything back. As a matter of fact i was just going to call youguys and see if you heard anything yet. Because to tell you the truth you guys really screwed me over. Tomorrow is really busy and my dad has physical therapy at 9 and i have physical therapy at 1. And i don’t know how im gonna get to everyone tomorrow

I purchased a camshaft
I purchased a camshaft, it was defected it screwed the control valve the wrong way. They would answer one email a day. Until a gave up. I'm from Texas hopefully someone from California would report them to the authorities. At the end they offered me a 10 percent refund

We placed an order for TWO coil springs…
We placed an order for TWO coil springs on May 8, 2023. After waiting for our product for two weeks, on May 18, we got an email stating that the item was out of stock, due to the "hot sale" and the new items would be ready in 8 or 9 working days, then it suggests 2-6 working days for shipping via USPS/Fedex.
Would you like to wait for it if we provide a 5% refund for your kind patience?
They did NOT give us a discount on our items either...
On May 25, we got an email stating this

Hi Roger,
The status of your order #181342 has changed to "Shipped".
We received ONE coil spring on May 28.
On May 30, I contacted the company and told them I only received ONE of the coil springs and sent a pic of the box with the item in it.
MotorGenic and I sent emails back and forth few days, with pictures of the ONE SPRING in the ONE BOX I had from FED EX and they pretty much said I was lying and that the weight of the box that FED EX delivered should have been two coil springs.
ps - the second coil spring showed up friday, June 9.
