No pressure on the sale which was great
Car only had 40 miles fuel- not knowing Edinburgh well we thought we would reach the fuel station on the bypass, just managed this due to traffic

Had a poor experience when selling a car to Motorpoint Edinburgh. No issue with the valuation. The issue was getting paid. According to their own T&C's for selling a car if you agree the sale before Midday then the payment will be in your account the same working day. This did not happen in my case and trying to phone them is like pulling teeth after 80 minutes of not answering my call I gave up. Simply looks like somebody has not done their job and authorised the payment. Would not recommend this company for selling your car.

We did our homework and selected 3 cars that we wished to consider. Lewis Threlfall made our car purchase very easy. We never felt pressured into buying anything we didn't need. Whole experience was stressful, promised call backs which never came and when I complained the were rude !

The sales person ( Dougie ) at Edinburgh showroom was extremely professional and polite.

He took the car away and tested it, took it to the workshop to have it thoroughly looked over.

He returned and gave me exactly what I was offered on the provisional offer.
