My Jaguar purchase experience
I was interested in a Jaguar XF they had for sale and spoke to Keith Prince, one of the owners of the Company, who was very friendly and courteous. We agreed a price on my vehicle and the deal was done. I was very pleasantly surprised with the vehicle after they went that extra mile in preparation of it. After being messed about by other companies and dealers I had came across this family run business online. I received a text followed by a call at gone 9PM at night, by Ryan, who was nothing but helpful and friendly. The following day I had a chat with David who had helped me greatly. The team are honest, polite and are the most down to earth dealers I’ve dealt with. Things were done in the exact time frame they said, unlike others and they were 110% professional. Will DEFINITELY use again.

Excellent from start to finish
I have never bought a car online before and didn't think I ever would. However, both Ryan and David inspired confidence right from the first phone call. I agreed to buy the car over the phone and it was delivered the same week, all the way to Swansea from the Wirral by the very friendly Bob, who was determined that I shouldn't hesitate to call immediately if there were any issues with the car. The car was exactly as described and actually better than I expected for it's age and mileage. Very happy with the whole experience, very efficient and great communication from start to finish, even a phone call the next day to make sure everything was OK. I would definitely buy from them again. It is obvious that they are a family firm and take a lot of pride in what they do.

Popped in to view a car late on a sunday,went in side to ask about the car and was givern the keys to look around on my own with no pressure,it was agreed that they would PX my car,done some number crunching and put a deposit on it,there was a slight problem after purchase but jorden was very helpful and bewtween us we resolved the issue,jorden is a credit to the company,he was very sorry for the small problem and went above and byond to get the result i was happy with,would recommend this dealer no problem
