Misleading loan limit marketing material for returning customer
I have used mountain summit financial services for the second time now. I have received multiple emails stating loan limits have increased for me. Upon signing up and agreeing to move forward, loan limits are significantly reduced making accepting the loan terms counterproductive. In fact I generally cancel the process when the loan amount is provided. This time those limits were said to be significantly higher, only to find that they are again significantly reduced prior to accepting the terms. The interest rate is significantly higher so the loan amount itself is critical in determining whether or not it's worth it for me to accept the loan. I have never kept any loan amount for the term of the loan. Generally the loan is paid after the first payment is made. Please increase my loan amounts, and also, stop the predatory marketing practices.
