I’m still getting the hang of proxy tech, but the MountProxies team has been an absolute gem! They answered every question with patience and speed, never making me feel rushed. Amazing product and even better customer support—highly recommend!

It was a bit confusing to find which proxy I needed and too expensive overall.

They are scamming you by offering fantastic speeds for their proxies, and after purchasing, you will be shocked by the slowness of the proxies. All their solutions are traditional and stupid. They also want to return the price of the proxy to my account on their website, knowing that I will not benefit from their website again.

They will change your proxy port without reason and refuse to compensate you for it. At any given moment they'll assign you new proxy ports and your old ports will stop working. They do not send emails about any change, they just make it without prior notice.

Then when asked to be reimbursed, they told me they wouldn't. So just keep in mind that at any moment your proxies can stop working, so if money is on the line, or you are going to use the proxies for any automation, find another proxy provider, they are the first and only ones that have done this (more than once).

Mountproxies is a scam website , don't using that . u will lost all ur money

Horrible detected proxies, terrible support. Lacks personal accountability. Contacted support about their failure to adhere to industry standards, was met with "It's your fault".

All you had to say was "Sorry, here's a free location move, and 6 hours of proxy time to compensate your hefty loss as a result of our incompetence.'

If you're considering using a proxy service, steer clear of MountProxies at all costs — you'll thank me later.

I decided to cancel my proxy subscription but still have some remaining balance. When I reached out to support for assistance, they simply told me: 'We provide a refund only within 24 hours. That is our company policy, which you can check on our website.' Since it’s been 3 days after my purchase, they no longer issue a refund.

To make matters worse, the only payment options they offer are crypto or Wise. I had to contact support to arrange payment through Wise, as there were no alternatives such as credit card or PayPal available.

My advice? Avoid MountProxies altogether

Customer service is atrocious. They don't care about client support. Their response never supports or helps the client.

No option to pay via PayPal/Stripe or any proper payment processors. To make a payment you need to contact support which is really bad.

Bad connection speed and also customer service. When I complained, customer service even blamed my internet connection. even though my internet connection is fine. and I'm sure all the good reviews here are fake reviews.

True mobile device signatures, the speed is awesome. Happy!

They provide US proxies now, but I hope that someday their business will expand to European proxies as well.
