THIS SITE IS SCAMMER
Beware of MountProxies! This service is a scam that requires you to provide personal information and take pictures of your ID before payment. Even after following their instructions, payment never arrives. They continue to demand payment through Wise, but don't respond to any inquiries. Don't fall for their trick and avoid using MountProxies at all costs.

Hi! Thank you for sharing your feedback. When using WISE we do not require picture ID, WISE does take care of ID verification on their end for security reasons and that's why the payment method we encourage the most is cryptocurrency.
All customers are also free to choose one of the 3 method of payments available (WISE, PayPal and Cryptocurrency) if sharing any of your personal detail is a concern, we recommend Cryptocurrency.
Regarding the payment in question which you say it never arrives, please feel free to message us the transaction ID so we can track it.

THEY ARE SELLING PROXY THAT DOESN'T WORK.
Even the proxy browser they sell doesn't open. customer service connected to my computer with anydesk and could not solve the problem. I definitely do not recommend. I hope I can get a refund for the proxy that I couldn't use for even 1 minute.

We are sorry to know there were issues connecting to our proxies, however, it seems that you were using a third party software which required user expertise to set up the proxy and that goes beyond our team's scope of support. Your refund has been processed and you should expect to see it in 5-10 business days.
17 fraudulent charges totaling $2260
I had 17 fraudulent charges totaling $2260 over two days. All these are against my health savings account credit card. They take this much money in two days and they make me wait 5-10 days without even giving me a contact name or phone number to follow up. They told me to follow up through chat. SMH. Don't use this company.

Hello, here at MountProxies we take unauthorized transactions seriously. If your card information has been compromised we recommend to contact your bank and from there, we can gladly cooperate with the dispute process. Please notice that we have no control on third party individuals using your payment information on our website.
Requested refund almost 4 days ago. Nothing
I have contacted customer support on 12.12.2022, asking if their proxy allow ip whitelisting in their week long package, so I can test the service out before buying a monthly one. Support said it was all good, and that it supports it. I went ahead and paid by Bitcoin, since then, support has said the package does not support ip whitelisting which is a major no-no for my use case, and thus I requested a refund, it's been 94 hours and no one has refunded me. Customer support agent said it will be processed within 48 hours, and that some sort of imaginary department is "processing" it, of course, double the time has passed, and no one has refunded me.
This website is a major scam, it's better to leave your money on the street then to give it to those scammers.

We would like to also clarify that we never intend to mislead customers and the whitelisting feature is only available in monthly packages and not the weekly that was opted in here. If you would like to still try our proxies for a week (Free of charge) we can assign you a new week and whitelist your IPs from our backend.
