I had a good experience with this proxy, worked really well on what I needed it for, but it may be slow sometimes and sometimes does not rotate, however there are agents 24/7 which helps you really well! 4.5 stars

They are crooks
They are crooks. I have 4 unauthorized charges from these jerks for $40 each. I didn't use their service and never heard of them. Call you bank's Fraud Dept if you see these charges.

Fraud
Fraud! I have never heard of Mountproxies and they somehow fraudulently stole $40, 5 times from my debit card. All unauthorized transactions!!!! I want my $200 back immediately! I have reported this and will do everything to put this out in the public!!

Another tale of fraud...
Funny I had never heard of mountproxy until i woke up to a fraud alert from my bank for a $40 charge. From the looks of it I'm not the only one. Mountproxy what's up with so many people having fraud issues with your company? I've never had an issue with fraud until now??

trouble setting up
Had trouble setting up, the CS rep is very helpful trying to work around the issue, even though in the end time wasn't on our side. This should give you a vote of confidence once a subscription is purchased!

We too were a victim of a fraudulent charge of $139.99 on our debit card. The bank froze the card and hopefully we'll get the money returned but we never used this service so not sure how this happened.

FRAUD! STAY AWAY!
This is a fraudulent site. Please read the reviews--they were almost solely written on the same day and worded similarly. In some cases, the wording is just slightly changed. I found an authorized debit charge on my account from this site and investigated. I have reported the site to my bank and the governmental fraud department. Stay away from this site.
