Movcan Bike Avis 

I purchased the v60 for my son in the late fall of 2025, he was able to drive it for a few weeks when the battery started failing and leaving him stranded. I reached out to customer service and they were able to send a new battery, unfortunately it was the wrong one, even after several emails to verify which battery he has, the wrong one was sent,
That whole process took approximately 4 months. He finally got the bike working again, then after a couple trips, his spokes broke off, all of them, we reached out to the company and they refused to help out since the motor was no longer under warranty.
The frustrating part of all this is that this expensive bike sat for months eating into the warranty time, for an error out of my control and now neither pay $600 to replace the motor, as the spokes are all integrated to the wheel with the engine, or throw the bike away!
Very disappointed and will never purchase anything from Movcan again.

**UPDATE** after reviewing some Reddit posts and other reviews, it appears this is a normal occurrence for this brand. The spokes break frequently on these bikes, even with the 330lb limit. My son is 195 lbs and the spokes have all broken! Not even an offer to replace the spokes. Sad customer service and standing behind your product!

The bike is amazing was easy to assemble most of the bike comes assembled so thats even better 👌 took it out was a smooth ride powerful and loved it.the customer service is extremely helpful with very fast replies and solutions.A+

I’ve purchased 3 bikes from them so far, and I’ve been more impressed each time. The pro max bike is spectacular. It is comfortable, fast, and has a long battery life. If I ever reach out to support for an issue, they resolve it quickly. They’ve shipped me new parts as well. Excellent product, excellent brand.

Recently had an issue with my warranty being expired and reached out to Movcan support to see if they were able to help me and to my surprise, they were awesome enough to honor my warranty being as we had barely gone over it. Amazing customer service, would recommended this product 10/10!

Looks great, wasnt much to figure out to get it ready for riding. My kid was over the moon excited when she saw it.

The delivery was good, everything was in perfect conditions. The bike runs amazing and also the support team answered all my questions

The bikes are fantastic. One of them had a small issue with the spokes and the customer service team took care of it right away.

I tried to contact the company to exchange a part that came wrong and they never answered me about the situation.

Movcan refused to act on it's warranty for my Son's bike. I do not recommend this company. See Movcan competitors for similarly priced e-bikes.

During normal riding on flat pavement, the front motor power cable wrapped around the front axle and was damaged. This caused the front hub motor to completely stop working — no power, no assist at all.

At the exact same time, the rear brakes also completely stopped functioning, and a short while after we noticed liquid leaking from the rear brake cable. Furthermore, one of the front axle nuts has fallen off.

The bike is became unsafe and unusable, especially for my son. I requested a full refund under the 1-year manufacturer warranty. Movcan refused.

I had a great experience with Movcan’s customer support. When I ran into an issue, their team responded quickly, clearly explained what was going on, and walked me through troubleshooting step by step. They were patient, professional, and genuinely focused on resolving the problem with as little inconvenience to me as possible.

What stood out most was their willingness to help and make things right. Even after identifying the issue, they continued to offer solutions and support rather than leaving me stuck. That level of customer care is hard to find.

On top of that, my son absolutely loves his Movcan electric bike. It’s given him a real sense of freedom and independence, and he enjoys riding it every chance he gets.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with how Movcan handled my situation and appreciate their dedication to their customers. Thank you to the team for going above and beyond!
