The customer service at movcan is inhumane
The customer service at movcan is absolutely disgusting. Movcan accidentally shipped me 2 bikes on sale each for $600. I only ordered one bike. A customer support team member told me that since the bikes have not been shipped out yet that I will get a full refund and the other bike will be delivered. Movcan still shipped me both bikes and now want me to pay over $200 to ship it back. Absolutely disgusting and I have emails to prove it all.

According to our system, we did not receive a cancellation request before shipment. Both bikes were processed and shipped normally. Your email requesting cancellation was received after both items had already been dispatched.
As outlined in our return policy, when a return is requested after shipment for personal reasons, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. This is why the return shipping fee applies.
If you do not wish to keep the extra bike, you may also refuse delivery, in which case the package will be returned to us automatically and the corresponding refund will be processed once received.
We value every customer and always aim to resolve issues fairly and transparently. If you’d like, our support team is happy to continue assisting you via email to find the most reasonable solution.

We purchased the Movcan V60 Pro Electric Bike for my son and he loves this bike. We have had a few minor issues but the customer service is excellent and has taken care of us tremendously!! If you are looking for a great bike at a great price, purchase this one!!!!

This company continues to amaze me! I had a rear motor spokes fail, and they sent me a whole new one!.. And I had no tools so they showed what to do. Cannot speak highly enough about how great they are. Get the v30 pro max its the best. Handles hills with ease.

Amazing customer service
First off I absolutely love my MOVCAN V60, I'm about 200 miles in since September and it's fantastic, sofa, powerful and very enjoyable. The customer service that MOVCAN has provided me personally is one of the best customer services I've ever dealt with! Not only were they super helpful but very understanding and empathetic to my issue, and they went above and beyond to correct my issue, and I have no doubt that if I need them for ANYTHING in the future, they will be there waiting.

The customer service is AMAZING! The response time on emails is less than 24 hours and are written by a customer service representative, not an automated system. The issue I was having with delivery was quickly resolved and the customer service was fantastic.

I didn't receive the part I needed
I didn't receive the part I needed. For some reason it never got past the post office. But, when I contacted customer service I was able to get a refund. They were very kind and quick with the refund.

Works great going uphill with pedal assist no problem it has plenty of power very satisfied
I have drove in about 42 miles so far battery life seems to be pretty good. Love to dual motor. Definitely has enough power to go up hills. Specially when you have it on pedal assist. I live in Michigan and it has been snowing so I haven’t had much chance to ride it more. I bought it about two weeks ago. for my birthday. The price was right for black Friday. But so far so good it is very comfortable. The only complain I have is I wish it had more instructions of how to use the display. I watched quite a few videos on YouTube to learn how to use it plus experimenting with it.

Five stars for what I ordered. Items came quickly well packaged and without damage. Got me up and running again.
No stars for customer warranty support. I have emailed for replacement and no response. I guess if you need something within your warranty period, you mine as well plan to buy it on your dime. NO WARRANTY!
